When Obasanjo was so power drunk and wanted a third term in 2006, the entire Country looked up to the Senate for rescue. The burden fell on one great man, Senator Ken Nnamani, President of the 5th Senate, and at the end he STOOD STRONG putting Country first at the risk of his life and career.
Nnamani made sure that the proceedings of the Senate on May 16, 2006 were televised live to the displeasure of the powerful forces around OBJ.
Why did Nnamani do that? Before the day of the debate, he asked Senators to go back home and consult with their constituents, to enable them agree on what to do. So, he stood his ground for the proceedings to be televised live so Nigerians can see how their representatives voted. That singular act made a lot of Senators who already promised OBJ to withdraw and vote against third term. If not for Nnamani, was it not for that singular act, Obasanjo would have been Nigeria's Paul Biya. But to Nnamani it was COUNTRY FIRST. That was patriotism at its best.
Just imagine for a second it was this Akwa-Ibom born Generalissimo. OBJ would have gotten LIFE PRESIDENT.

I would imagine that if they already hold the same stock through another broker and they have have used the same clearing house number (CHN), then it should be automatic. However, if it is not, then sorting it out directly with the Registrar is the way to go.

reveals that the now-suspended lawmaker, through her legal representatives, sought N10 billion from Chief Uduaghan. The demand was framed as compensation for alleged financial losses, emotional distress, induced abortion, and a breach of promise to marry her.

The legal petition, signed by Senior Advocate of Nigeria, Chief B.C Igwilo, states that during their relationship, Akpoti-Uduaghan financially supported Chief Uduaghan and played a pivotal role in securing a $105 million gas asset for him.

Claims of Exploitation and Business Ties

The document further asserts that Chief Uduaghan:
