It is the responsibility of the landlord to maintain his property and make his tenants enjoy their stay. Why will a tenant pay for the road repair when he will not stay their forever. The landlord can tell tenants they shud vacate their house at any time. Issues like dis are discussed at the landlord meetings because its their duties. They own dat community so they shud make it comfortable for their tenants. Tenants shud pay if its just a token and the landlord doesnt reside there.

God visited me after 15 months of trying when i did not even expect. I pray that God all mighty will visit evryone looking up to him for the fruit of the womb in Jesus name.
My advice to any on ttc is to focus on a medication at a time. My sister inlaw took me to an alagbo who gave me some concotion made wit lime to use this very month, saying that it will clean the womb. Thank God i didnt use it. It would have changed the story.

Pls its a month i saw my period, although i usually have irregular period. I am taking parlodel 2.5mg mornin and night to treat high prolactin. I have been feeling stomach pain like i want to see my period for like 3 days now. So i took urine test early dis moring and it has a faint line. I became afraid wen i saw online dat some drugs can give fake positive....pls house i dont knw mayb i shud start rejoicing....has anyone experienced such?
