Ok frank thanks for your time.....i dont mind if you help with schools suggestions. Also trying to get my GCMS note and i am still not figuring it out dont know if you can help. would pay for the cost......
Thanks in anticipation

Frankrobbn1:

After careful review of your profile and the list of documents submitted in your previous refused application. I noticed that there is no career progression between your interest, your intended program, level of education and current activity. You've degree in computer science and now going for an ordinary diploma in business administration in an unpopular College in Canada. This gives the visa officer the impression that you're not a bona-fide Applicant, but using study permit as a means to facilitate entry into Canada rather than educational advancement.

My best advise for you, is that you should start afresh by applying for a post graduate certificate program or master's program in a closely related discipline in IT. This explains to the visa officer that your intent of going to Canada is genuinely to study and depart after your authorized stay.

It shall end praises.

hi thanks plenty....... i shared the details already. been trying to figure out how to order for my GCMS note but kinda seem complicated. i have a friend in canada that i can use his address and details. Thanks plenty

You will have to defer your admission in other for you to have time to address your refusal reasons if you wish to reapply. other your GCMS note to also help you see what they mean by purpose of visit. I know it usually says study plan vague and not properly documented, but i honestly hope they explain better in note.
You can also share the list of the documents you submitted and your profile so that others here can be of help with suggestions.
Meanwhile, i will also suggest you look into other countries. Canada refusal rates is what i dont understand. it just gives many hopeless hope.
I wish you luck

sorry about the refusal. I want you to know that it is not a rejection but a refusal. No man can reject you, they can only refuse you for now. But at God's time, you will get your YES approved.
When did you apply?
Was there a medical ( upfront or request passed)?
When did you get the BVL (Biometric correspondence/validation letter)?
When is school suppose to start ?

thanks plenty..... No upfront medicals, BVL came in 23 of october. school is meant to start january 6th january
