you can restore you computer 2 a previous time where it was working fine but note that restore mode removes all recent installation of application but am sure that shld solve ur prob.

try using a usb mouse to test and see if it freeze.so as to narrow down d fault

bro dont understand your English is it that wen you boot it,it shows start windows normally after that it restart by its self or wat?

basically there might be prob with the keyboard if its a virus once u format dt will wipe out all the infections u have in ur system am sure a key on ur keyboard is held down that the cause of the noise u hear at first and the application opening like 999999 is due to key that is held down.if u need further clarification on this reach me on 08028592768
