Main duties and responsibilities:

• Diagnose electronic systems, equipment and device problems
• Monitor systems’ performance
• Install software and hardware accessories on systems and programs
• Perform tests on equipment and programs
• Set up equipment and schedule maintenance
• Teach clients to use systems/equipment/device
• Minor repairs and parts ordering

- IT or Electronic Industry certification at Associate, Technician or Installer level
- Good command of written and spoken English
- Numerate and literate with experience of various IT packages including Word/Excel/PowerPoint/Office etc
- Understand basics of (computer) Networking
