A cattle ranch is d same as cattle colonies whether run by govt or not. It's basically raising and rearing farm animals in a controlled and enclosed expanse of land. A farm doesn't stop being a farm simply becos of its ownership structure. Why shld d govt set up colonies for cattle owners? Why shld d govt b d one establishing ranches for private bhsinessmen?
