I think what government need do now that they have failed completely is to accept a very low task for businesses in Nigeria. Yes, since they can't provide the basic amenities which is why businesses should pay task.

u can't learn fast take ur time animation is very very complex and not for the faint hearted people go to school to study animation as a course as in BSc animation But it also depends on the area u want to specialize in, rigging,texturing motion graphics.
U can try orangevfx studio i think they are the only animation company in nigeria, they charge 280k for a 2 months crashcourse. They will drill u proper,just google them and check out some of their works on youtube.
But if u can't afford it u can download infinite skills tutorial pack on maya and blender from most torrents sites.

I'm working on structural interpretation of a field (offshore) Niger delta using a 3D seismic data and well logs. Yet to begin analysis with either Petrel or Kingdom suite. I need ideas and guide with the analysis pls. I'm a newbie in seismic but good in potential fields (magnetics and gravity).

Someone should help me with procedures and interpretation modules.
