Here's the process for making plantain flour:

**1. Select the plantains**

**7. Store**
Store the flour in an airtight container in a cool, dry place. Properly dried and stored, it keeps for several months.

My experience with annual farm workers, if you meet them, the first they will ask is to send transport fare. Don't do that, the next is is buy to your money. It is advisable for you to tell them to come with their own money them you pay them upon their arrivals.
