Most schools does not require IELTS for admission especially PhD.

No tuition deposit in NZ, and school fees are paid in full before the visa.

Pathway to PR is point-based. BSc is 4, Masters 5 and PhD graduate is 6 points. You can have working experience to add more point. If you have some occupation, you can apply for skill to resident, direct PR.

Family is allowed for Masters and PhD.

Please tell me more about the skill to resident. What occupation is in need? I have years of experience in warehouse and distribution.

Yes I have. The first time, I told her at conception I am not a fan of women going through labor pains and we should opt for elective cesarean section. She said she would like to experience labor and I had to let her have her way.
Fast forward to 3rd trimester, I talked about epidural and she was like she isn't sure she wants to take it. I was like I am not in support of she not taking it as I do not see the need for the pain/stress.
We were asked to come to the hospital on the day of 40weeks and 1day. She was induced the following morning and by 5pm they moved us into our own delivery room. As at then dilation was still less than 3cm.
In the cause of the night, dilation got to 5cm and my wife cried with each contraction. At some point she had to request the epidural herself. Around 5am they had to break the water and said the baby was distressed because there was mycomium in the water.
About an hour later, the doctor said it was time for CS. They gave me scrubs to wear however, they said they will wheel her into the theater before they bring me in.
I was there when my baby was brought out and handed over to the peadtric nurse who cleaned him up and then gave him to me.

The second one, we opted for CS before conception. I was there and this time they did cut the umbilical cord longer so that I can also cut it myself.

The pains of CS last longer in terms of healing process however, I believe it is better particularly, if your threshold for pain is very low.

To login is a big challenge because the agent did not disclose login details with me.

I have a BSc in Physics but have been working as a Reservoir engineer for a while. I just got my Engineers Australia assessment and it said I wasn't assessed as an Engineer, but an Engineering Technologist 233914. I calculated my total points and it came to 80 pts.
Looking at previous ITA rounds, the minimum points for this occupation is 85 points. And I cannot find it on any State occupation list especially Western Australia's WASMOL.

Please I need advice: do I still apply for the 189 hoping 80 pts is enough? Or apply to all regions for 190 as well? What about the 491 visa? I checked WA and QLD and this occupation isn't there for 190 and 491.
Has anyone successfully used this occupation and gotten an ITA? Thanks.

Hello everyone, I’m in a dilemma.

I applied for visitors visa through an agent in April, 2023 and did my biometrics. I regularly asked him for updates but I noticed he was shady about it, but he regularly told me to wait, hoping to get a response. I asked him to share my the gckey login, and if he wasn’t comfortable, he should do screenshots. He didn’t do any.

Last month, I got admission and paid the deposit. I asked him for updates too, so as to know what to fill in my study visa application - so that the information provided will correlate with whatever he filled - but he’s not been helpful.

I’m considering asking him to withdraw my application, but my issue is that;

1. If asked if I have applied to Canada before, and I tick yes, will I be asked details of my visitors visa application?

2. If I tick yes, and asked to tick if my visa was approved or denied, what do I do?

3. I have my UCI and other info in my biometrics instruction letter, can I use that to access my application and see everything? If yes, how do I go about it please?
