Just within a couple of weeks naira is almost 1k per dollar, fuel is selling for over 700 per liter, transportation and prices of goods are skyrocketing. What is the usefulness of subsidy removal if not to have more more to share and loot. This is the basic. The Relative Strength Index (RSI) is to help you identify potential entry points in the market. You can select it in the indicator.

Basically, it is from 0 to 100. So, 70 is considered overbought and readings below 30 considered oversold.... there are some readings that can show 2, 3, (meaning lowest of the lows). So, if it is for daily trading, it is better you set it to 2 (days) rather than the default 14 to have a more on-time and closer reading.

You can see the chart lines up and down. This will help you see a pattern, for the Low (L), and High (H) (as it is in uniform with the candlesticks). You can also see the timing of highs and lows...ensure you set your time to UTC +1 Lagos. When the line nosedive, it signals that it may be the good time to get in. Pointing to the top means there is an upward trajectory.


Finally, pay attention to divergences between the price and the RSI. Bullish divergence occurs when the price makes lower lows while the RSI makes higher lows, suggesting a potential trend reversal and a possible entry point for a buy trade. While bearish divergence occurs when the price makes higher highs while the RSI makes lower highs, indicating a potential trend reversal and a possible entry point for a sell trade.


Always compare with historical data too.

This is just a piece of the puzzle, as it is used with other technical analysis...

Lol...check the RSI, it can give you a clue of the selling or purchasing strength. You may have entered when it was mid and not at the lowest. The moving average is sometimes helpful. Other is given to chance...there are some coins I hate and may be difficult to predict especially when it is $100, 200, 300....

It is an issue of sometimes underestimating how low they can go.
