You should be able to get it on or before this week Friday.
The only challenge is your agent that's not replying your message. He/she should have just told you in a sentence the stage/Level of your admission process.

1. Invitation Study letter
2. International passport
3. Visa page
4. Tuition fee receipt ( if applicable )
5. Flight tickets reservation ( return ticket )

Once you get to your Bank with the aforementioned documents eave the rest to your bankers
NB : You are to apply nothing more than 14days to your traveling day.
