I'm least surprise about the outcome in VA, but I'll be shell shock if the same happens in NJ.

On your way out, ask how can they make the process faster because you are in dare need. The Officer in charge will tell you this- Madam, applications are really much on ground. However, you can check back in 6months. That shows the number of applicants on board.

Adoption has been accepted has a norm. There is no single working day that a couple or woman will not come forward to apply. That's the basic truth. If it's a lie, do as I say.
