Is your husband back to Nigeria ? or he stayed back. What was the length of time before he got a permit from when he arrived in Poland? Did he apply from Nigeria for the permit or everything happened in Europe.
Your inputs are highly appreciated.
For those who have a valid polish work permit earlier, can they also use this route your husband, because i learnt it is not easy.

Since your husband own was suppose, kindly guide further.

Yes. Immediately his TRC is granted, u can apply for family reunification.
But note, some embassy have a long processing time for this category. it’s usually between 6months - 12 months.

So do more research on Poland reunification visa.

Your hubby need to have his resident permit. And u don’t need to wait for 2 years. Apply as soon as he has his TRC and meets the financial conditions.

1. Since he has “Polish work permit”, why can’t he file Family reunification visa for u and your kids?
2. You can apply for France tourist visa along with your kids if you have the requirements it should be an issue.

LOL, our diaspora brothers be doing the most, it is clear he does not want the applicant to know his financial status. If not, what will it take for a statement to be printed and added to the application.

You might want to complete your form and send him your merged documents .. and tell him to merge his SOA to them. Give him your login info and tell him to help you submit.. I dont know if that makes sense lol.

It wouldn't work. Even if he transfers all the monies to you, he will still need to show his statement. How will irrc request his statement. He obviously doesn't want you to have idea of his financial activities. Can he do MBS? If that exists for US accounts? If he can. Then he can create a MBS ticket and give that to you. He must definitely submit his statement of acct and supporting docs to show source of his money and that they were genuinely made

to Mohawk college after Me. I have been the only person on Mohawk college admissions list in Nairaland..LOL....why ?
Still wondering why most people don't apply to that school though ??

Contact the school to ascertain the status of your application. There should be a timeline they work with.
