The normal price of a regular or low quality gsd ranges between 15-35k no matter what u feed that dog with, you can't sell it the price you will sell a Caucasian or even the price of a quality slant back gsd
you cannot feed a local dog to become an English dog

Not degrading GSDs far from it. The good thing about GSD is that no matter what you feed them, it hardly shows as their body status remains the same over time-Thats what I mean by feeding anything.
But to have a good looking mastiffs, you dont just have to feed more, you also have to feed right. Else you have a skinny, malnourished looking dog.
That's what I mean, nothing against gsd whatsoever.

OK, quality feeding goes both ways sha, dere will always be difference between a dog fed on noodles and a dog fed on quality feed. but nevertheless, I get ur point

Not a bad choice per say but for me with mastiffs and giant breeds to delve into such I need to even find out the nutritional composition of the feed. Then I compare it with Bingo et al... before I proceed.

It's one thing to feed GSD anything it's another to feed mastiffs. If you feed mastiffs anything you might notice it in few days weight wise and appearance.

hmm no doubt that mastif eat allot but I don't get what u mean by feed a gsd anything, no degrade Gsd oo, dem be ancestors ooo, same cost incured in your mastif is wat is incurred in gsd, so no change am too much

If I groom that dog with all its matted fur coming out after brushing, I can bet that you wont hold this opinion anymore. Take a look at the head, then picture what it will look like when the fur is well brushed. The head will look massive. The fore-arms which you say is skinny also needs brushing. Even without brushing, it still looks huge and well built.

Don't draw conclusions easily.

Look at pictures of some female I found on the internet. Do you think mine would look any different if it was groomed

You have probably not gone far to do ur research, we have so many Caucasian shepherds that are these big, check my profile ND scroll thru my thread, I posted some, I didn't snap them well but I can assure u that if properly snapped, some are even bigger. Especially pumba of bsquaredkennel.

And I hope dt u noticed dt it's ladies dt snapped with dese dogs, remember most ladies have a smaller frame ND wen snapped with dese dogs, mks d dogs appear bigger

Possible problems:
Tick fever, improper grooming, also do not rule out parvo, malnutrition.

Solutions:
Give multivitamins, get a tick spray, give a tick bath, call a vet, groom d dog, get it cod liver oil for d coat, feed a nutritious food

Hmmm, it's normal, people b4 exams wouldn't have time for pics especially if they intend carrying such into d exam hall, they would be focusing on hiding it well or trying to get something into the brain, it's just common sense. With common sense u should be a able to deduce d scenario
