The problem we have is that men are given the final power to decide the faith of ladies happily ever after. Truth is people are different, there re ladies who naturally love working nt cos dey wanna impress d guy, I have been with a number of ladies and I have noticed that some re hardworking and some are lazy, there re d ones that when they enter a home that is untidy, unconsciously they see themselves trying to keep things in order, it doesn't even have to be their bf, such ladies wen dey even visit their female frnds u will see dem putting things in place, they just don't like things scattered or dirty, if u re dating such gals, u will think shez doing it to impress u, BT No!. as a result of what people say, some of these gals try nt to do much but a sane man will notice it, he will definitely know a hardworking lady (dem no fit hide laziness)

The context in which u use the bloodline is not wrong considering the fact that one of d parents is of another line. So one could say its of DDR bloodline.

what I am just trying to point out is that Bloodline is kinda deeper dan just lines, I do not know DDR bloodlines but I know that Bullet of household is sire to Tom of household, and Tom of house hold is your pup sire, since Bullet is the oldest generation I know of, its safe to say my pup is from the d DDR Bloodline of Bullet of household. I do not know if u re getting me, like d statement "blood is thicker dan water" and if DNA test or blood tests re taken on ur dog, d bloodline could be traced to bullet of household, that's all am trying to say.

it's day 69 today and nothing has happened. I contacted the guy whose stud we mated with and he said to wait till day 74. So I spent most of the whole day on google today and I learnt some dogs actually stay even longer than 74 days. I also learnt that some carry the pups within the rib cage so their tummy does not enlarge.

armed with this info, it's not strange that when I went out, I noticed Ira was large around the rib cage (hahaha). Meanwhile, I palpate her tummy at any given opportunity and I never feel anything only her regular muscle movements. Well, today, I did feel a movement just like a human heart beat but only on the left side of her tummy.

I also noticed she pees a lot more cos her room is always wet these past days. As for nesting, she does scratch the ground but so does Zeus, he even digs bigger holes and I am sure he is not pregnant. she sheds a lot and so does Zeus so I am not using these 2 parameters to judge.

Her appetite is top notch so is energy level. I stopped feeding her eggs though cos I really don't want the puppies growing larger now that they don't wanna come out. So I use meat stock to encourage her eat her moringa.

No vaginal discharge and for the milk, I have to press the nipples a little bit harder. (very risky though cos she can bite me).

I also learnt that scanning is usually not effective especially if the puppies are within the rib cage.

For now, I scrub and mop her room everyday cos there is always pee and I spread a cloth incase the puppies if there are any decide to come out. I am not too worried sha but I really wish and pray there are puppies in there.

I would advice u do not set expectations any more, she may or may not litter again, so tho u should be hopeful, also put in mind DT she might nt.

if ur argument is DT do other breeds differ in structure like the gsd, my answer is yes, some breeds do, The show line Neopolitan mastif differ from d working line, and its clear. the showlines Neapolitan mastifs are bred mainly for their exaggerated folds, just as a Gsd without a slope cannot win in such shows, neither will a neo without an exaggerated fold win.

The way I see it, that plan is doable only if the doer is gonna be doing that full time (has no other engagements) or has a helper. And the doer should also be ready to skip sleeping for several days or weeks, because the pups will also need to feed at night or they'll be raising hell all night long!

For me, I'd prefer a whelping box that's safe enough for the dam to be with the pups so they can feed on demand, and I can then supplement their feeds if necessary.

Just my thoughts though!

You are right, personally I cannot do dt style, but I can speak from experience that a times such whelping box dt pups easily has access to mom, especially if small, the mom can suffocate some of the pups if its a large litter, I had a neo dt littered 13 pups, 12 survived, but she later suffocated 4, we tried to mk sure all pups were fed with supplements, I need to give kudos to d mom, she tried cos I couldn't keep up wit d supplement, she single handedly took care of d pups, despite the weight of a neo, she was so gentle, with each pup dt died, she learnt more how to take care of the rest. All I did sometimes wen am free was to occasionally separate dem

One could add fish meal, chicken meal, crayfish, or fish remnants. all of those or any of those depending on which u ve access to
