@ FBS ,
dont get me wrong, experince is the best teacher so i know what im talking about especially from nigerian girls.
FamilyRe: smiley :-))) by Evept(f): 1:28pm On Nov 28, 2007
@patsy782,

i know how u feel about this situation,i am also with a white man that has kids from his previous marriage to be honest it was'nt easy at all with his ex-wife

it's obvious that his ex is trying to get back to him and using his child as an excuse and she will be using anything she can to destroy your marriage and try to make ur husband trust her more than u,she might even be telling him that because your younger that you only married him for money and she is the only one that truelly love's him and he will start believing her and start getting intimate again with her.

and she will try to make ur life with him difficult,if you want your marriage to work try talking to him about limiting the closeness he has with his ex cos his life is with u,him and his child not his ex and try to make him understand how u feel .as sometimes when they had a good relationship with there ex ,they dont realise the boundaries after divorce or seperation.

be patient and give him time to come to his senses and try to get involved in everything his doing with his ex and child as u will limit them from the closenest when ur there.

because even if she re-marry to someone else ,she can still do the same thing that she is doing now it's obvious that she is jealous of u with him and want to get him back

if ur husband dont listern after talking to him, dont ask for divorce but seperate for a while ,then if he really love's u ,he will beg u to come back during this period that he is desperate to have u back use the opportunity and give him conditions on the kind of relationship he should only have with his ex .

as i think his is confused at present but he love's u.

dont let any single african girls get too close to u and your husband as they are only out to destroy people's marriage and relationship .

i personally wont ask u to get divorce unless u dont wont the marriage anymore.

if im in ur shoe now i will fight to keep my marriage .as weither ur married to black or white there are times when u will
have difficulties in ur relationship and u should work it out not walk away from it.
cheers,

BusinessRe: Investors In Oil Palm Business Needed by Evept(f): 2:45pm On Nov 08, 2007
@ louieK ,
i saw your post i am very interested and i am currently doing some research on it ,on how much palm oil by gallons etc cost to sell out abroad.treatment etc

i have alot of contacts with companies ,industries and manifacturals abroad that need this and want me to supply to them with yearly contract and they need mininum of 300,000 to 600,000 gallons each month.
but i also understand that they require the following before they can buy :

Requirements:
FFA content             Max .01%
Solid Impurities,        none
Phosphorous,           less than 15 ppm
Moisture content,      less than 150 ppm
Peroxide Value,        6 meq/kg Max
Color,                      2.5 red 5 1/4 inch cell

My question is do you have an idea how the above can be achieved in Nigeria,do they have a special chemical \ machine that test the oil ?

do let me know since you already have an idea how this work and we can be partners as you wont have any problem selling out abroad.

hope to hear from you soon.

Well, as for me i want to be a part-time house-wife and a business woman ,as know matter how busy im at work i still want to have enough time to spend with my husband and kids and i definately do not want a full house-keeper,weekly cleaner is ok and thats all.

Finacially,i do not want to be in a situation where i will keep asking my husband for money whenever i need it,so i will also work hard to be finacially secured and to contribute to the family.

abocana:
Evept,i will advise u to put your money in shares.it very safe and less stressful.

We're in the same shoe, i've been living in canada for years and i tried to do business in nigeria sometimes ago.
i beg my brotha sorry too much.

Capital market is the best option for us living abroad. I bought 1,000 unit of Nigeria Breweries in 1994 at 4.50per share.
it now 42naira valued at over 780,000 which includes several 1-1 NBL is noticed for in those days.

Just think about it!
@ gnldhealth,i have been thinking about that ,i will look into it when i travel down the naija but i dont know how it really work's can u explain better to me?
hope to hear from u soon

Oneal BU:
I have a lot of business ideas but i'm not looking for partners or investors (for now).
i want to take my time and get it right.

Evept
While thinking of the business to do, why not consider the stock market, u can double your money in 4-8 months if you invest in very profitable companies.

Most businesses require your presence here because employees are always ready to rip u off when u ar not there

All da best
@ Oneal BU ,it sound's interesting but stock market biz is risky sometimes and u need time to always watch the market not to loss ,i will prefer shares ,thanks for ur advice i appreciate it.

thanks,
Evept

BusinessRe: What Kind Of Business Can Someone Do In Nigeria With Start Up Of 2\3m Naira? by Evept(op): 11:19am On Jul 25, 2007
SOJ:
It'll help to know your personal interests because there are tons of businesses u can commence wit such an amount in Nigeria. For example, u can buy a Mr Bigg's franchise license for that amount and u will be given training, admin and management support for some time till u can manage the franchise on your own.Like i said, there are a lot of opportunities u can cash in on in Nigeria especially wit the right kind of money. So, what do u have in mind?
@ SOJ,
Mr Bigg's sound's good but i prefer something that will be less stressful and i wont be in Nigeria all the time
something that can be taken care off even at my absence and that will make good cash

if u give me some list of ideas u have it could help
thanks,

BusinessRe: Please What Is The Average Cost For City Bus fare In Lagos,abuja&Port-harcourt? by Evept(op): 11:14am On Jul 25, 2007
SOJ:
Let me give u picture of what seun implies by his statement. These are the issues u will have to contend with:1. A rough and disorganised transport union 2.Poor road network leading to high maintenance rates on your vehicles 3.Unscrupulous driving personnel. 4.Incessant highway robberies, some from conniving personnel. And so many others affecting our transport industry.Aint trying to discourage u but its a tough ride for a newbie(if you're one).I advise i invest in other instruments and later, when u have the financial clout to overcome risks, u may have a transport subsidiary. As for the rates:
Lagos - Benin: N1,800 (average)
Lagos - Port: N2,200-N2,500
Lagos - ABuja: N3,000-N4,000
@ SOJ,
thanks for the info,i already know alot of the problems but do u think it could be less if the buses are use for one city as transport for locals ? or u thinks it's all the same?
it's just an idea to invest in transportation biz in Nigeria but im still thinking of other things that can fetch good cash over there,
thanks
