Please if you reside in south africa ,i will like to know how i can exchange my Nigerian Drivers licence to AS licence because it will enable me to re-exchange to EU licence later .there procedures and requirement ,if its necessary to travel down i can take a vacation and come down there.

I know there requirement is for the foreign drivers licence to be in SA language and valid licence from home country.

your help will be appreciated.

Yes the ectopic was treated with methotrexate 2 shots because the first shot didnt work .


1. How many D&Cs have you had? Why did you have another D&C in April?

i have had 2 DNCs ,first one was 5 years ago and the second one was this year april. this second one was because they didnt find any heartbeat at my second check up after taking a medication a doctor prescribed to me ,to stop vomiting when i was pregnant and i wasnt suspose to take that at first trimester which we found out later,then it was too late and i had to do a dnc to remove.

2.Were you dilated when you got to the hospital?

i wasnt dilated when i got to the hospital but i was having some contractions but since the baby couldnt stay longer cos of little amonic fluid left,they
decided to induce me with some medication,dont know the name.

3. When the test showed ASCUS, did they test you for human papilloma virus?

They did a normal pap test and didnt tell me if they did test for HPV.i must have misunderstood cervix for uterus,when i did my pap test i saw my period on the same day,i didnt know i had it until the gyn concerned it,can this affect the pap result? should i ask them to do another pap test ,test for HPV or go for biopsy to concern the kind of cells it is since its unkonwn? because im worried and scared if its something serious and cancerious and i cant wait 6 months ,when they can re-test or do a biopsy and get treated if possible.i was not pregnant when i took the pap smear but my beta level from the ectopic hasnt dropped to zero when it was done.

should i ask them to run some specific test to know if i have any infections ? because i have done test during and after pregnancy and all came back negative,i dont know if they should re-test for some specific test.

About the HSG,i will have to suspend it for now until im done with the pap smear and blood test .im afraid the doctor might refuse retesting when they see that i have been tested for that before and it came out negative ,dont know if they have been doing the wrong test.

do anyone live in Poland,Romania,chile,bulgaria,finland,morroco? i will like to get info about exchanging a Nigeria drivers licence or getting the above countries driving licence cos i heard its easier and can even be bought in some of the countries ,i dont mind travelling down if i can get it ,i understand that i need address in some of the countries before i can get a licence.

thanks alot for your reply,the doctor didnt tell me the kind of unwanted cells and im very upset that the doctors isnt being specific and not giving me good attention for my health  all she says is that i have to re-test again in 6 months time that it could be because of everything that i have gone through in the past and that the cells could disappear on its own and referred me to an OB  for next month for HSG,so i have decided to change doctor next week because i want to know whats going on inside me and possibly get treated before taking HSG but in the pathology test result it states ASCUS and i dont know what this means.

Yes i lost my baby at 29 weeks,though to linkage in the amonic sac and i delivered a health baby but premature december last year, he didnt make it cos he was over feed and got a blockage in the intestine (NEC) and after 2 operations we lost him.

I forgot to mention that before the Ectopic i had a DNC cos they couldnt find a heartbeat at 2 and half months after taking a medication that i wasnt meant to take at first trimester which a doctor prescribed to me.

About the ectopic,it happen on july this year,i was treated by infection to desolve it. and the dnc was in april 15th this year also.

i do think there could be an infection that isnt showing in the test,it this possible and how can i go about making sure they do the right test to check my concerns and getting treated before HSG ?

im on birth control now which i will be one for the next 4 months and i want to get treated and clear within this months before  ttc again next year.please your advice is needed here as im going crazy with my situation.

i did a pathology test and it states that i have unwanted cells in my uterus ,is this endometrial hyperplasia? im so worried,scared that it could be something serious or even cancerous.

thanks for your reply,you mentioned that your colleague can arrange a different type of mortgage facility that could span upto 20 years? i will like to know the various mortgage options he has to enable me know which one that can suit me and is this your colleague working with a mortgage company?

And dont other mortgage companies have a longer years spread of more than one or 2 years ,if i was to pay upto 50/70 % of the property,im sure there could be a mortgage companie doing that.

@ naijacutee,the dress code will remain, there will be no changing of anything ,opening a hooters means u have to run it the same way as other hooter worldwide ,same with the menu etc

your baby dont need a visa to travel to Nigeria cos ur a Nigerian,all you have to do is go to the embassy and insert your baby´s name in your passport,all the people i know that have kids did the same thing but try to get info from the embassy.

A friend of mine have a white godmother and white godfather all very rich and they treat her like an egg ,now her white godmother wants to adopt her by the way she is now 28 yrs old and her godmother is 58 yrs and she has no kids,my friend is married and this woman has been there for her in everyway,her biogical mom dont care about her,apart from asking for money all time ,no momey no love etc

now there is a law in USA for Adult adoption and this white woman wants to adopt her and she is confused ,cos her biogical mom in nigeria will not sign off her right and she will dislike it, according to the adult adoption law she can still have her normal relationship with her families in nigeria,

yes i know but if they see that my passport is destroyed they will have to issue a new one and beside my epassport is with my single name not my married name and i have changed my name to my married name ,so i cant have my documents with different names.

i went to the embassy to apply for a new passport with my married name and now they are telling me i only need an observation in my passport because i have an E-Passport and the passport they are issuing in the embassy at present is the old passport.

i honestly do need a complete new passport with my married name not observation and i still have my old passport,i dont know if i should go with the old passport tomorrow and only show that to them cos i know the will issue me a new one if i show them the old passport cos its a posted one but what if they discover i also have an e-passport,what will i tell ,
i was thinking of telling them its destroyed cos if i say its stolen i will need a police report ,which is a long process,
please ur advice is need.

cos i know this passport observation of a thing will affect my documents in the future,please any advice?

im sorry for your loss,i know how you feel,i myself lost a baby boy this january,he was born at 7 months premature
but healthy and i lost him after a month,i have been very depressed also it helped me alot to travel home for a month but i still do cry sometimes and still cant get over it
I Hope this peom helps you and also explain to your friends and loved ones how you feel .a of mine friend that lost a baby sent it to me and it has helped me alot also . because some people dont know that things they say to someone that just lost a baby can be hurtful.
