One day that will never come . Islam and Muslims receives the most backlash here on Nairaland and you know it . A Muslim commits sin and every comments calls out the entire Muslim family and Islam. Insulting the prophet (SAW) and Quran, but when a Christian commits similar or worst sin he/she becomes fake or just human nature. It is on nairaland I get to know Muslims are exempted from going into temptations and commiting sins cox they are meant to be holy . While for a Christian same sin is normal .

it will not work, have tried it before..... u can only check if u have been shortlisted by that link.. but printing confirmation slip wouldn't work. ...it keeps saying "file not found".

its just God.. when ur time has come nothing stops it...i remember how I wasn't not interested when I applied, after filling d online application I tried submitting it didn't submit so I left it becos I wasn't even interested at first due to d stress I went through during 2014 in stadium when some persons died becos of this same job, I was in d stadium from 6am to 6pm and I didn't get d job... but now I wasn't interested and I was shortlisted... when ur time comes nothing can stop u not even people4 from ur village.

I called Abuja headquarters of NIS they said I should go with all other documents required even if I don't have confirmation slip.

i got the mail (containing the invitation letter) first.. two mails last week Sunday.. and the third mail yesterday.

Do u know that many will be called but few will be chosen? My friend hasn't gotten a mail from NIS as regards the recruitment but after contacting the officer in charge of her runs,he assured she'll get the appointment letter after training with proof( of course, not without doing it the regular 9ja way). Its unfortunate that many Nigerian youths seek for job but don't HV the right channel to get it. it is well. My advice is this,for those who got the mail,pls try to lobby with any officer u meet at the NIS office u were ask to go to. Just be bold and talk to them on how to help ( preferably a female) cos getting a mail is not a guarantee oh

very true.... but ialso know some persons who will get this job without human connections.... when ur time have been appointed by God everything will work in ur favour.

They have changed it o! I jus got a reminder mail from them now, ur state of origin is now ur center for d screening. They said we should disregard any mismatch. They even listed their state command offices

just received the third mail now and u are correct nA waoh... anyway am STIL in my state of origin.

in your invitation letter your screening center will be written there, based on the state command u fill in the during ur application stage.. u were the one who decided the state command u wanted to be screen when u applied.

no sir, state of origin is where u are from originally... but the venue will depend on which state command u fill during the application stage.

Also note that state of residence is different from state of origin... state of residence is the state u presently living in... just like an anambra man living in Lagos.
