Bro. I'm not the reason for your current situation, it will pass okay. Question please, don't you guys sell the "chill pill" at your chemist? Or you can't afford it? undecided

As your lordship pleases, many have tried correcting you but deliberate attempt to hold unto what you neither know or sure of wouldn't allow you to quit and research.
Narcissistic personality wouldn't let go and here you are again trying to justify another self view about Nigerian nurses. Clap for yourself for winning.
You seriously need to work on yourself cos the fact that you are not a nurse doesn't justify your attitude (whether it's good or bad, decide that for yourself and do the needful).

Please, in the future when you crave to have an opinion on an issue and you feel there is need to defend such opinion irrespective of superior views, all you need to do is to be empowered through proper and relevant knowledge.

If you needed to know you should have rather asked. Teaching without readiness to learn equals negligible impact

What is wrong with you?
I don't even bother reading the expression of your bitterness and anger at the truth!

Many have agreed with me!
Just you and your Colleague disagreed in the exact same bitter manner I earlier pointed out, that is akin to many in your profession.

Deal with the wrong attitude! Don't attack those who point out the truth!

Continue yarning opata! tongue

My good friend, itz obvious your statements are based on inference rather than facts. Schools of nursing are much expensive than government universities. The last tution I paid back in 2007 was 70k+. Do your research well and get your facts right.

I won't argue about the cost because I indeed wasn't sure. But regarding the unprofessional service meted out to patients by your colleagues, you very well know I am totally correct!

You rely need to update your knowledge on Nursing training my dear.
There is and has been a training program for Bachelor of Nursing Science Certificate (B. N. Sc) in the Universities and it's for the duration of 5yrs with a 1yr internship program (ie 6yrs in total).

Drop from your high horse and get yourself equipped with relevant information before you brazenly showcase your ignorance consciously/unconsciously. A word they said is enough for the wise.

Shalom!

If you sense ignorance in a post and you have the needed knowledge to correct such ignorance, do it with all sense of humility.

Your response only affirms what I have earlier mentioned about Nigerian trained nurses! You are NO DIFFERENT!

And if I was wrong about your HORRIBLE attitude, you wouldn't feel so pained and be so defensive.

SirVintageCock:
Change your attitudes if you want to be treated like a human being. I have never seen nice people treated like sh!ts especially in Nigerian hospitals. If you behave like a lousy loudmouthed proud assho!e I will be clapping for them when they wash you down.
You make it sound as if entering any nursing school is a walk in the park. No Nigeria nursing school pays below 100k/annum and the waiting list here is terrible.
Stop with the armchair fables and fallacies about a profession you know nothing about. Make your research and stop spewing ignorantly on a public forum.

See what I mean?

This is classic! HORRIBLE nurse!
So you will do your job ONLY if your patient has the "right" attitude? Imagine the excuse given? Imagine the mindset? You actually feel justified to display such unprofessional attitude?

You better quit if you're indeed a Nurse or pray not to meet my kind when you're on duty!

Last resort you say? Well I don't know about others but I speak for myself. Nursing was never a last resort for me, I actually gained admission into the university immediately after my sec school but I had to drop it midway into the first semester to go to a nursing school. Do I need mention what a ride it has been?

This is good.
Passion is good. It makes you go the extra mile.

Last resort in my earlier post because it is cheaper to train as a Nurse in comparison to obtaining a B.SC.

Nurses in Nigeria, especially the Government owned hospitals are HORRIBLE!

They are rude, temperamental, unwilling to help and act like you owe them a huge favor- on top money wey you dey pay!

Don't tell me they are human too! That's cow dung cos the profession is service to humanity and YOU OUGHT TO KNOW THAT BEFORE CHOOSING TO BE PART OF SUCH NOBLE PROFESSION!

Truly, many go into it ONLY as a last resort!

I honestly don't understand the vicious attack on anyone who agrees the accused is guilty.

It is such an irony that he questions your intellect because you reached your decision based on your knowledge of the happenings in boarding schools, yet he reached his with claims of "knowing" the accused from attending his tutorials! Isn't that laughable?

My colleague called his friend?? What arrant rubbish is that.

If you don't know someone personally, shut it.

I know Mr Olaseni, he taught several people on this site; he plays alot with both male and female students but for him to be accused of molesting underage girls seems unfathomable.

You are truly quite dumb to judge someone based on your peanut sized brain

The way you are expressing your opinion with so much venom makes one wonder about your sentiments. Are you the accused or a relative?

Please keep it up and for you man, if your wife is like Evina just as my own wife is, hold her tight no matter what wrong she does. Marriage is all about saying sorry even when you are not wrong.

Thought I could manage and cover up without knowing it would get worse!we can't just sit down to discuss without quarreling every time,I mean all the time, every discussion as husband and wife.As am talking to you now,we haven't talked to each other for two days but in the same house only two of us-my mistake though,I saw the signs and friends warned me that we aint compatible enough too but she was just too nice.I thought she would change as we move along. When I remember how nice and caring she used to be I find it hard to tell her it's all over. But I think I can't continue to stomach anymore as there is the tendency that we will surely part no matter how long we stay.We ain't just compatible in any way.Advice to others:don't overlook the small signs you see in the course of courtship as they will haunt you sooner than later.Go your separate ways no matter the love as love is not only the reason why two people should get married-

Wow cry you are right at the bolded.
But I have a few questions if you don't mind.

How long have you been married? The early years of marriage, especially first year is usually challenging inspite of any passion that may be present. This is because two different people are trying to adapt to each other's way of life.

Do you know that you can learn to be compatible with anyone? Guaranteed it is quite difficult where certain temperament is involved, nevertheless it can still be achieved.

Both of you are always fighting because each wants to be heard and each wants to have their way. There is no winner and looser between a married couple.

As long as there's no infidelity and physical abuse, don't you think you shouldn't throw in the towel?

I don't know if it's just me but not talking to someone you stay under the same roof with because you are upset is the height of childishness. I really cannot do it. What example is the OP going to be setting for his kids?

It would be nice if he even says the "so great a sin" that his wife committed. He is just destroying his marriage with his own hands. If he doesn't have sex with her, someone else will.

Imagine a woman saying she won't sleep with her husband on top say she dey vex? How smart!!! Wetin consign me sef. If he likes he should kukuma pack out of the house so the wife will know how "angry" he is.

How many wives ask their husband for sex to talk of starving them with sex. They only ask once in a blue moon.

How do couples ask for sex?
I mean if you're in the mood as a woman, draw close to him and start caressing and kissing or just say, sweetie come n touch my nipple or if you are too "holy", say sweetie it's time for praise n worship.

These are the things I do wink

Awww. Thanks be to God for how this ended.

I also thank God in advance for a safe delivery, quick recovery and a very glorious future that would cause that man to regret his decision to abandon you.

May God also reward the helpers he sent your way.

And errr those who criticised harshly, without having the decency to apologise, God has recorded your deeds!
