Lol. Perhaps true. In a banking organization, I thought it would be different. Never have I been embarrassed as today.

Oh but it's worse with these banks!

So long as your deposit wouldn't make the bank sneeze if you choose to close your account with them, then you don't deserve customer service! In fact, you aren't a customer!

That's the mindset they've got.

So from the write-up so far so good, this is all you could digest? shocked kindly check for the meaning of typo in ur dictionary.

Excuse me!

I am appalled that you could defend the mockery made of the noble profession of Law through that pathetic representation of grammar!

I could barely read through a sentence without a wince!
Imagine the statement "In a commando manner, the policemen marched the said Ovie and the other three young men whom at this time, had been handcuffed to our client's father's house".

Mr. Shakara should be careful not to have comedians represent him in court.

Some people are unconvertible, dont doubt it.

If God doesnt intervene specially in their case, it would not be possible for man to do so.

What do you mean by that statement?

Where is the place of prayer then?
You need to realise that conversion is NOT the work of any man, as you keep stating!

The only work man does is present the gospel while the Holy Spirit does the conviction/conversion.

The fact that God chose such means in Paul's case, don't mean He couldn't have achieved same result by letting a man present the gospel to Paul.

Don't confuse the means for the source!

Firming up is the word I guess...am not in the league of the Danjumas as I only earn a meagre sum of 350k per month..and I dey try my best regarding basic things for house o

LOL.

It will get better, I believe.
And 350k is NOT meagre, show gratitude Bros.

Although it's quite sad that we live in times where a man's material worth determines his worth as a person.

All the best Bros.

My guy nothing is going to change no amount of pampering is going to change her. Start making your exit plans right now so it doesnt catch you by surprise. believe me, she is already making her own plans

That's not a correct analysis. I know this because I'm quite sure the OP is not yet in the circle of the Danjumas.

She is blackmailing her husband emotionally.

Woman like that will use words without a thought to the consequences to manipulate the man into ALWAYS having their way.

OP needs to firm up.

Awww sorry about that.Seems the only option you have is to get a creche.Just get one close to you and do a background check of the place.Let them be well staffed.

How's the nursing vigil going?Trust you're doing fine
.

By God's Grace I am. I'm quite excited by it.
One night, I woke up suddenly and started telling my husband, "don't hold him like that" then I started to take a pillow. shocked thinking I was taking the baby from him. He just said, that's a pillow, go to sleep. Where's the baby I asked? He's in his court he replied.

That was how I went to sleep.

The latest now is that, once I hear any sound from baby, I wake up suddenly blurting out the name of Jesus.

I was working in the bank when I had my first son some years back. They gave me 3 months maternity leave.
Then close by 2pm for 3 months after resumption from maternity leave.
I got a nanny for him 2 weeks to my resumption date. She will come to the house as early as 6am and leave when I return from work. I am not comfortable with taking my 3 month old baby to creche. I also started giving him SMA gold some days to my resumption date.

I will breastfeed him before going to work then the nanny will feed him till am back by 2pm then I continue breastfeeding till the next morning.
He started school at 1 yr/7 months. ( play group)

So u can't get someone to stay with him at home. U can express your breast milk and put in the refrigerator, if you don't want to introduce formular to him at 3 month.

Wow! This is soo helpful! A practical guide.

The challenge is getting someone to entrust your child with.
He just cried, currently breastfeeding and he looks soo adorable.. Can't help but wonder if someone else will promptly respond to his needs.

Hmmm, you are brave oh!
I'll have to consider your option and trust God.

Although my husband claims he'll take our baby to work hahahaha. I'm not banking on that.

This OP go vex say I don hijack her thread oh! LOL.

You didn't say anything about mother/mother-in-law?Are they no options?
3mths is not too early for a creche if that's the only option you have.Just look for one close to where you work and if your work allows you to close early, that's a plus.

Uncle Thorpido! smiley

You have to endure the creche till 12, will they let you bring the child to work? Some bring a help to work because their office is secluded and has the space.

Space, we've got lots of it but it just hasn't been the culture to bring infants to the job. ;DD

I believe God will make a way.
Thanks alot for your input. smiley

Evina I really won't know if I can put my 3 months old in creche, some work places give consideration to new mothers. In my workplace they let nursing mothers leave by 12pm.

So who watches him till 12pm? cry

There's a crèche quite close to where my office is located. About 3mins drive. I will have to go check it out.

I mean, what other options do I have?

Ehn! Of course they will get married!
Who said they wouldn't? The wedding has never been the challenge! The challenge comes during the marriage itself!

When cultural barriers set in! Especially when speaking of local dialect by in-laws and spouse and the other spouse don't understand the dialect.

By the way, do you have permission to post these pictures?

Funny but true post.
I think the woman is angry over something her husband has done in the past, that is why she always sounds angry and rebellion.

Maybe, or she may just be a rude person!

There are lots of women who are angry at their husband even hold a grudge and plot revenge but don't become rude and abusive during an argument cos it's not in their nature.

Funny enough! This kind of woman will be very submissive and docile to her boss. cheesy

cheesy Dyt, you funny.

I currently work in Naija. I doubt that there's any organisation that offers one year maternity leave in this country.

1 month old in crèche? shocked You exaggerating right?

I envy the time you had with your lad.
But I wanna do exclusive breast feeding for 8 months. wink
Family / Re: Do Wives Do This Or I Just Have A Bad One? by Evina(f): 8:47am On Apr 08, 2016
No! Not all wives do this and you did not marry a bad woman, just a temperamental, rude woman who also has some insecurity/trust issues. (She obviously hasn't gotten over that betryal of trust you inflicted on her)

Great sex will not change anything!

She needs to consciously work on her character!
If you are a Christian, look for scriptures on anger, check the book of proverbs, print them out in colorful pieces of paper and stick them to your bedroom wall or areas she can easily access.

When she is in her sober moment, make her understand the kind of home you envisage building with her and how her attitude kills that vision. Make her understand how her actions affects you as a man and what it may eventually lead to.

If she genuinely cares, she'll make an effort to change.
It will take time, but you'll see the changes.

OP: thank you for this thread oh. Please don't be offended, let me leverage on this platform to seek my own advice.

My lad is a little over three weeks old. I'm currently on a three month maternity leave.

I need to start planning now.
