What has Medical Doctor got to do with the fact that she played a stunt on her boyfriend? Does it not show that OP wants us to understand the weight and consequence of her actions should she lose a Medic?

Why didn't she tell us what she does for a living? Sorry, but I do not see a woman whose anger is based on the fact that her boyfriend is angry, instead, I see a woman who's at the verge of committing suicide should she lose a hard-to-come by Medical Doctor. From personal experience, no need for drugs, the pain is temporal, at most, 3-4 days, it will disappear.

What you need to do........... reduce intake of fluids, use your bra always, a tight one, don't remove it at all, even when you want to sleep. Only remove it when you want to bath, and put it on back immediately. It's only an accumulation of milk in the breast, it'll dry up when it's no longer sucked and the pain will subside, but gradually.
