First off, are you sure the custom ROM you flashed in is meant for your phone?

Second, did you follow all instructions?

Third, which recovery are you using for the process?

Fourth, consider wiping the following: cache, dalvik cache, data, and (is some cases) internal storage. Always back up before flashing process (very important but not compulsory).

i tried to update my infinix hot x507 which ive been doing successfully before. but this time i noticed it had a 3 step procedure..

check update>>>download>>>upgrade

after downloading (66.""mb), i was ask to click to upgrade which i did...

it started upgrading with a screen similar to stock rom update via sdcard...

after a while, it completed with some errors i couldnt take cognizance of and then a recovery options of reboot and their likes

i tried to reboot all to no avail.

fast forward>>>

i downloaded a custom rom for my x507 (656mb) on infinix mobility. i guess its lolipop

copied to sdcard root dir..

applied update via sd...

selected the udate file.zip

run update successfully and reboot.

then the next witch dey sent for me from villa was "unfortunately, system UI has stopped"

entered recovery again, wiped cache, no way

wiped data/factory reset..

after an optimising app 2/10 screen completed.. same shiit "unfortunately, system UI has stopped"
