mirexxx: Most men seem to think that if they can find a woman who is attractive enough, they will never stray. Well, why do they do it, when they seem to have everything at home?
its so sad Everything ?? Don't be fooled my dear, Perception of Beauty is Subjective. To some it's Submissiveness, looks , adventure buddy and to some it's Mind blowing sex. Once these attributes aren't fulfilled/met, knowing fully how narrow minded most men are, he will definately cheat (seek elsewhere). Then we read stories that touch. That's why people should date and chose wisely before choosing 'the one'. There are many wolves out there in sheep's clothing. CHOOSE WISELY. |

Crimescene: I want to arrest my dad. he's been to bad lately. He tells lies about me. Lies and tells every one I'm a cultist. Recently, He got me arrested for getting into a fight with my elder sister. Worse off, he took me to a psychiatric hospital. What a stain to my name. I want to pay him back for all, especially what he has done to me lately. It's not funny because I really didn't do anything to deserve these things. |

greatgod2012: 1. Sightseeing and nature seeing. 2. Video games for their ages also helps. 3.Involving them in decision making also as well helps. You can involve them when taking decisions. Also ask them to take their decisions and just make modifications where necessary having told them the need for the modifications. You can as well sometimes ask them to suggest what you can do when faced with life situations. Something like "I'm faced with so, so and so, what do you think I should do, you can give me your suggestions after dinner, it will amaze you how they will give you very very useful suggestions. It may not be what really happened to you, it may be from a movie you just watched, a book you just read, etc. You would be amazed to see that they can actually think outside the box and give very useful suggestion. We parents never know how intelligent these kids are until we involve them in critical thinking. I am not saying you should involve them in your office management system o, but at least we all know what their levels are suppose to be.
4. Puzzle and word searching. 5. Ludo and paper games. I wanted to write an epistle about 'decision making' then I saw Greatgod's post. ( making them part of the team) My dear you have no idea how effective that ^^ is in kids life. If you do then you're on the right track. #6.. Sudoku and cross puzzles. #7.. Piano ( I don't know about anyone else but keynotes reading is one of the most strategic skill that involves critical thinking , I've ever came across especially performing in a crowd of audience). |

5minsmadness: My viewpoint about western culture has always been that of a place bordering on total anarchy. Forget that they seem to be the greener grass now but is thier society and way of life especially concerning morals something to be emulated? Maybe that's a discussion for another thread.
If I happen to get married in the US,UK wherever, of course I'll take thier laws into consideration. I'll leave before I end up being frustrated enough to murdering the woman like many others have done before me. Its just heartbreaking for the kids who have to grow up in a dysfunctional home. And all that stats about kids from separated homes growing up well-adjusted is total bullsh1t. Most Nigerian menfolk share your sentiments about western culture so I'm not surprised , we should treat other people with respect EOD regardless of what and how the fracas transpired. The reason Yall should shine your eyes when choosing a partner and look beyond external beauty. A virtuous woman seeks peace within her family, she's not stûpid or mumu, she's just meek to reign peace. That said, the general perception(society) of a man whose first impulse to defence is to land his frustrated wife a hot slap is low- Devalued. Have a good day. |
