I wonder what the economic benefit would be should we continue this debate that obviously leads no where. What we stand to gain debating on if God is white or black or brown or whatever, especially with bland kids here.

The same bible which most of these people steadily make reference to says all humans are in his image, was the same bible introduced to us by the whites and still the same bible some of us have found solace in it. Same bible made reference to God as a 'He'. In my opinion, a 'man' signifies 'authority', 'superiority', 'head', 'most powerful' and every adjective that points to the 'top'.

Also, what's the gain we'd derive pacifying these ladies who decide to on their own to feel inferior here that they can refer to God as a 'she'! If you refer to God as a she and 'She' answers your queries, meets you in times of your needs, so then good for you. You can also substitute all 'He' in the bible with your 'She'. But for those who don't buy this awkward idea, why crucify us?
That's Deep.

Buh guys, instead of buying raw fruits, can I take fruit juice instead?. How supplementary is dat?
Fruit juices have concentrates in them , even just a banana & orange/tangelo will do. You don't need to break the bank.

Still on marriage...

This is not difficult... It'll be hard being a True Feminist and a wife. I watched housewives of NY last night and just learnt Remona divorced Mario. Over 20 years marriage. Mario is just like any other traditional man. But Remona wasn't having any of it and had it to T. She wants to be free.

Same with Bethany, and others.

Look at Sex and the City part 2 , the acclaimed Carey Bradshaw soft pedalled to Mr. Big to remain married. There's no such thing as independence in Marriage. Samantha on the other hand is one crazy Feminist grin , She loves herself more than any relationship and I respect that.

Hmm who else on tv , Beyoncé is a disgrace to the movement , she follows Jz like Mumu everywhere. Check FB and see public bashfest.

So Frecoccoa , No you can't be traditionaly married (husband as Head) and be a Feminist. smiley

Truth be told no one owes anyone any explanation. Nairaland is a faceless forum and everyone can act like someone else. No one owes the other a true story about their life.
Open your mind boo... We are discussing social media as a whole. have over 900 Friends and only 3 are NAIRALAND members. Naira wetinhuh

Setaje:
You have said it all. Meanwhile I also follow a lady who updates on her weight loss and every food she eats. If u see the way she decorates the food. I was admiring her before, then I began to see the bigger picture and I feel that something is totally off. The worst part is she doesn't look different. Still as big as when she started bombarding ig and fb about her weight loss over 2 months ago .
You're wikid grin grin , the fact that people follow her "journey" and comment on her page gives her sense of acceptance. Crazy world out there grin

crackhaus:
A short, fat and ugly black girl with no job claiming ownership of a car...
FAINTS!!

naijababe:
Because social media is a popularity contest grin
I call it Crowd Control

The ones that fascinate me are in dairy section, these people update their living in writing. That's quite a therapy. grin

Did that sometime ago , then thought to myself, what am I trying to proof and to who? My family aren't on NL?

We are all caught in the rain. It's an Epidemic and For all its worth It's working.
