SERAP is a useless organization. How can you ask Commonwealth to Sanction Nigeria when you know that whatever sanction is applied will only affect Nigerians and not the political class.

The sanctions can be targeted at the Buhari administration officials directly responsible for the human rights abuses.
Travel ban alone will reset the brain of the average Nigerian elite.
