The military can takeover, and begin the process of restructuring. Whether we restructure into 6 States or regions or geopolitical zones is irrelevant. The fact is our current system of government can't take us to the promised land.

By restructuring, we remove power from the FG, and place it in the hands of the federating units(6 States, geopolitical zones or regions)

It's the best form of government that would suit our heterogeneous nature. The igbos would rule themselves, the Yorubas would rule themselves the Hausas the same thing, the ibibios the same thing, Ebira the same thing etc.

A Northern officer will obviously not allow restructuring.

What needs to be done is to form an interim national government (not to include the military). Then have the interim government organize a sovereign national conference to restructure Nigeria or organize an orderly separation.

For your information, Nigeria has no constitution. What you are referring to as constitution is a military decree. It's not a crime to agitate for secession. There is a due process for secession, recognized by the United Nations.

Why should Fr. Mbaka drum support for Nnamdi Kanu and call for Buhari's Resignation? Two things are involvedThe two things Involved are;

2. He is actually angered because the President ignored his request to be awarded contracts. National Assembly should as matter of urgency commence work on RESTRUCTURING Nigeria through amendment of the vital parts of the constitution. The failure to respond before now led the nation into this raging regional self-determination chaos.

Any further delay in acting will most likely lead to any of the following:
1. Military interrupting the democracy to take over government in order to restore order, of course, with far reaching consequences. They are losing too many men.
2. Negligently allowing the regions to slip into the hands of hot-headed separatists who, so far, have not shown clear governance and developmental plan.

However, acting on restructuring NOW will empower the current of political class and intelligentsia in different geopolitical regions to assume control with little destructive disruption with the armed forces restoring order. I suggest the following actions immediately:

-- NASS leadership should immediately wake members up from ongoing slumber to do their duties.
-- Set up a joint NASS Restucturing Committee
-- Meet and convince Nigerian Governors' Forum to set up regional committees covering broad interests to negotiate transfer of critical things on exclusive list to concurrent list and other federations issues.
-- Amend the constitution to reflect the new political realities of Nigeria.
-- We have Switzerland, Canada, US, etc federation models to look at in order to adopt what is best for us given our peculiarities.

Northern Nigerian legislators and politicians should note that any attempt to frustrate immediate restructuring of the Nigeria at this critical point will bring nothing but doom.

There are online Universities that sell degrees. Senator Andy Ubah bought some of those. But I don't think there is any University with physical presence in the US that sells degrees.
Senator Adeleke's school is a State University. So they can not be in the business of selling degrees. I congratulate him for his effort in studying for, and graduating with a degree. It's not easy. He is much better than Buhari who never made any effort to get himself more education.
