This threads shows lots of people are interested in TheMap.ng but their doubts are based on customers relations, website, social media, business model....

Let me say little I could here..

I've heard about TheMap.ng since early 2019 but I doubt such offer could be true. My young brother started investing with them since then. He mentioned them again around July 2020 I was surprised they still exist.

I invested in their location business of 180k that month. But to clear my doubt, I went to their office at Ikeja. The attention I got was so poor but I could see their bikes moving...

My returns has been coming weekly since then. By now, my initial pay is recovered and I'm getting the profit now.

My observation so far...

Their website is bad because it was built initially to give them online presence... They started business by sourcing their clients offline...

They didn't start as formal corporate body, so the guys aren't so familiar with ethics...

The initial poor relationship with clients was as a result of pride from their performance and delivery (like, we are doing so well; if you come in, you're benefiting from us).

They didn't start as investment company and the turnaround is a surprise to them...

Now, they are working round the clock to put things in place...

Their businesses cuts across...
Logistics, real estate, virtual reality, customer relations, location profiling, with few others such as recycling, tourism etc. under review..

With the investment of CRMi, they brought in more hands to help them in handling customer issues, so there's improved service delivery.

Payment issues are avoidable if investors make payment through direct bank deposits or through direct bank mobile app. Then supply accurate data while registering investments on their site (there's need to get the correct link for different investment plan).

There is need to also understand the terms and how each investment plan plays out (There's always a waiting period of one month for all investment, and payment begins from Monday that follows the waiting period and it runs through the week)

Right now, I can say TheMap is improving and worth giving a try. However, investors should understand that no investment is absolute.

If you can visit or get someone to visit their office in Lekki, it would be resolved. My colleague invested since 8th of last month has not been paid. Immediately he visited their office, the issues were resolved and today he has no outstanding

i spoke with someone in their customer care and she said that they were having issues with pipo that made payment on the 11th. That its been resolved, but she can't give me a definite time

Try to talk to them on Facebook. On Sunday, a guy asked pple with issues to bring it forward that he's ready to help on their Facebook page. You can also contact chief_afunwa1 on Instagram. He helped someone over the weekend.
