I am in Nigeria every 3 months.
A bulk of my investments are in Nigeria.
While you go about wailing and making noise, people are taking advantage and investing.
The coastal road is a huge blessing to anyone who really uses his brain.
Personally I made a huge chunk of dollars from the hike in global crude price while people like you cried because you don't think.
Currently test running a 10hectare rice farm in the North while you cry for food.
Most of my investments are in Nigeria.
I pay tax to the government, I employ people and put food in their table.

I live in London, I have traveled over many countries, yet I am happy whenever I see any level of development in my country Nigeria, it gives me joy to see development.

I traveled to about 10 different states in Nigeria last December and I could not quantify the joy it gave me to see almost every Federal Road I went through was a project site. Starting from the International airport Lagos.
If you like continue hating in development in your country.

The idea is not to provide power to the entire Nation.
So many countries are running Solar as a substitute.

Now solar power is cheaper on the long run
For example the Villa was spending about N49billion on bills annually when it was connected to the grid, now with less than N20billion the Villa has been taken off the grid and it only cost about N300million annually to maintain the farm, which means the government has saved more than N40billion
Now the good side now is that the power which was directed to these places such as the villa and the university campuses can now be pushed to other users.
The idea is not to completely move the entire country to solar, but the idea is for cheaper and cleaner energy, the more of these we have, the less load we place on the national grid.
Which now means more people will have access to power.

The Department of Development Control (DDC) and the Department of Land Administration are in charge of FCTA owned properties.
