More screenshot and the scamers instagram attractive page where ladies shoes and cloths were advertised.

Yesterday a friend of mine on instagram who also happens to be a Nairalander got scamed of her hard earned money.

She sent me a DM requesting I help her post it on Nairaland and instagram asking me to tag all others.

I am not a blogger but I feel a need to help her broadcast it as she requested.

Her Instagram handle us @tite4life .

See below her DM, Account Number she paid into and phone numbers of the scamers.

She got scammed while trying to buy to products the scamers advert on their instagram page.

She was immediately blocked after making the payment of 17k into their bank account.

There is no way she can reach the entry clearance assistance that must have made that call. they usually leave a message to advise that someone will call back.
Unfortunately they can't tell when they will call. And with the current delays, it may take a few days.
Their procedure is 3 attempts before making a decision.

Home office staff are well aware that answering mobile phones isn't one of those things you can easily do when you are at work.

You sister just needs the phone in her back pocket and vibrate switched on.

With my experience, I missed their all the first time and they called back after 2 days.

Your sister must look for a way to reach the ECO. Read back there is a listed UK telephone number that she call. She need to pay for the call and hope it will be commicated to the ECO. Sorry this a potential ground for the ECO to refuse the application if she does not reach the ECO before a decision is reach. An understanding ECO should have called back, but they usually don't for a visit visa.

The visit start from 8th of August according to the invitation letter sent to us.

Just for 2weeks visit.

So my junior sister called me just now that the UK embassy called her last week Wednesday but she couldn't pick because she was at work then.

She is actually working as a nurse.

And so she missed the embassy call. But she has been trying to call them back since then without success.

Any one here with info if their email or phone number that she can call to reach the UK embassy and explain to them about the situation in ground.

I chose Minnesota because that was the city I told dem dat i was going when applying for my visa in 2016 and I was given the visa den but couldn't travel due to d delivery.
Did u mean I should still choose Minnesota as the place I'm visiting with the baby and convince dem more? Or I should choose and city closer like NYK?

I applied for usa visa in 2015 but was denied and I reapplied in august 2016 and I was given d visa for visiting.i was pregnant and my status den was single.i got married in September 2016.unfortunately,i delivered d baby earlier so I couldn't travel to d usa.my passport with my visa got expired in march 2017 so I did a change of name to my hubby's surname and also I got passport for my son who is 10 months old now with his father surname.
I applied for the baby last week but was denied based n d fact d city im going is far from here (Minnesota).
What should I do?.
Should I travel and leave him behind OR I should reapply for him?.quick response pls

You can quickly reapply for him and make sure you both going to same city.

Choose same city as the former visa then use the city of ur point of entry there after you can move to other city of choice.

Yes the kenya will give you a good edge of home ties since you have gone there and back to the country.

pls i planned to travel on the 3rd of august earlier and that was what was filled in my ds160 form but i later changed my plans..the only issue now is that have subitted the form to the department..pls all th gurus in the house i want to know if i can proceed with my appointment or what do you all advice..latest appointment date happens to be 3rd of spetember..thanks

To my best of knowledge you cannot edit a submitted application.

What you need to do is quickly fill another DS160 application then upgrade the DS160 confirmation number on your appointment letter.

You need to first select the options where you are asked if any one wants to accompany you over there.

I am sorry to hear about your denial. Please note you cannot access those informations even though you succeed in login into ur DS160.

As you can only access the DS 160confirmation page.

My advice is try travel to another country to change your status before reapplying for USA visa.
