You can submit without it, but putting it there strengthens the claim of whatever CGPA you put in the application

Naaseer01:
please is transcript necessary for now. because I don't have mine now.

and I can't choose UK as a country. only France and Germany

You fail to realise this is a competition, over 15 thousand applied for the MSc OSS scholarship, they can't shortlist everyone, they shortlisted about 3000+ last year, that means over 12 thousand will not be shortlisted even if they met the requirements. Don't make statements like that please

Burchester:
Nigeria is a failed country. Having meet all the requirements yet they can’t shortlist someone. Things would never change in this country

I noticed this too, maybe you should chat with the support staff

biam4real:
Hi,
I just discovered you cant pick schools from different countries. My initial application had schools from the UK and Germany. However, the new platform wouldn't allow me to pick a German university for my other choices if my first university is in the UK. Is anyone experiencing this too??

Education › Re: Apply 2019/2020 PTDF Scholarship In France, Germany And UK by ExpertNLer: 4:58pm On Apr 11, 2019

they shortlisted based on grades/waec. At the previous stage they didnt use SoP or anything. Now you can put in a better quality application.

Good luck

234ng44uk:
I'm not sure this ptdf guys did any shortlisting, they probably just sent mails to every applicant. I for one submitted my application just for submission sake, I put no effort whatsoever. I'm surprised to receive a mail and a chance to submit a better application this time around.
