I got a success mail too. But i think they also considered last year applicants who almost gor it . My interview last year was great and I thought i would get it but eas disappointed. I applied this year but couldn't attend the interview. I guess its either a mix up or like i said earlier they also considered last years applicants

most awardees as at last year had 8.0, the lowest i've ever seen awarded is 7.5

No it isnt the first time. They do online test first, before a physical one at dragnet test centres

10,000 for interview? that would mean a 1 in 6 chance for interviews. Do you have an idea of how many they want to employ?

All we need is God's favor. Over 60k people sat for the test yesterday and less than 10k will be invited for interview.

Whatever criteria they will use in inviting people for interview, just know that some people that ought to be invited will not be invited.

It's not that they failed or whatever, that's where there own journey in the NNPC race stops. If you make it to the interview stage don't think it's because you are better than those who did not make it.

They cut also continues after interviews.....

Answers 1. Yes a number of people have had their status change to no longer under consideration
2. You can update your profile if you want to apply to other job requisitions since successfactors treats them separately

I'll like to ask two questions
1.For those that did the graduate engineer's test in January has anybody received a regret mail since then or had his profile changed to application no longer in consideration?
2.Is it safe to update your profile on their career page? Does it tamper with your ongoing applications?

those who have done interviews and awaiting feedback have their status as "Application in progress"

for your second question, it means if the candidates score qualifies you to proceed to interviews in the other role, the client (ExxonMobil) will contact the candidate

There is a rumor about peoples status changing on the application portal either "application received or under review or something else" my reference is to GT role

Also those who applied for some other roles who did Dragnet GT test b4 seem to receive a mail about their score still been valid- but am perculiar about this clause -" Further details about the recruitment process will be communicated by the client in due course."-any one with useful comments.

Good that you changed the original post you made. Insinuating that the process isn't transparent is questionable

Yes. I and many others have been notified (by Email and SMS) but the test link hasn't dropped - at least for me.
