Why did you just assume I'm from Edo? When did say I was from Edo?? Mind you, the Igbo's don't own obigbo. That Igbo's are there doesn't mean they own obigbo. Same way china town is in U.S. it doesn't mean the Chinese own it.

I can never even date an Igbo man, so you made no point. Not even in my nightmares.
madam do you want to teach me my history? Oh my God. Oh i have understood your problem. I cant still believe this so my people is not igbo? Okay continue in your delusion

Your first sentence tho. Lies from Aba. Which oil do you have?? Olive oil? Or groundnut oil? The entire SE produces 8% oil so you can propagate your lies to the traders in Aba. You all are already deluded anyways.

I'm, not oga. I'm a girl and don't @ me again pls.
okay madam or whatever you call yourself.
I wont drag where i come from with you and you can believe what ever u wanna believe.
Which edo LGA produces oil than obigbo?

Maybe an igbo man have dumped you before but that doesnt mean that igbos are bad generally. pls quit your hatred and move on with your life

The only person in misery here is your igbotic golddigging as$ that wants to reap where he didn't sow. If you weren't in misery you'd know better than wasting your life writing me long epistles.
oga my local government has more oil than your entire tribe land can breed. And i wont call my tribesmen golddiggers because they dont have what i have. Its like ijaw oil producing areas calling their non oil producing areas brothers golddiggers, does it make sense to you?.

I have seen that you are trying to create division among igbos with your so called s/s republic and for this i will Follow you on nairaland to burst your lies whenever and wherever i see them.

Crude oil! Crude oil!! Crude Oil!!! Every argument and discussion is tactically a call for resource control or secession for resource control.

Apple, Microsoft and Google as individual company make more money than Nigeria as a Nation. Nigerians think!!

You all can call for resource control and break-up all you like but deep down, what you are asking for tactically is access to free and more money with the hope that your lives will be better.
a trillion likes for you! Oil is nothing, we have it in quantom. The world is going green very soon oil will be worthless. And some fools want me to betray my brothers cuz of oil that will not last forever. Even UAE,SAUDI ARABIA,QUATAR etc are looking for 4 alternatives while some have dived into tourism.

But the truth is that tourism have a limit to what it can give. If oil sells for five dollars per barrel today how will these countries maintain there heavy infrastructures?

Let us take china and Japan as a case study. These countries have made billions of dollars via manufacturing and technology. Japan has no natural resources but is among the top richest countries on earth.
I refuse to be blinded by oil and neither will i live a life that i will enjoy today and my children will sufffr 2mrw. Even bill gate ir richer than the entire nigeria

Pls be enlightened and stop asking me these questions. The SS comprises of many indigenous tribes. We mustn't be from the same tribe to form a country. If that was the case, then every country in the world would disintegrate into a "one tribe" country.

Pls don't @ me again. You have nothing to say.
oga, i have seen how hot your blood has been on this thread. But let me remind you of something, b4 the creation of nigeria we igbos have been living in peace with our neighbours. The so called south south is a political creation of nigeria to weaken the eastern region. Is there any justification for carving out all the oil producing areas of igboland into rivers state? I am from rivers state and obigbo to be precise and i just dnt see any reason of being seperated from my brother and called south south because i have some oil in my backyard.

"oil" does not last forever and especially the way oil value is depreciating in the international market we will soon drink our oil. I know that your so called niger delta republic is triggered by oil but the truth is we see ourselves as igbos first b4 south b4 south. Our strengt lies within our unity and we wont bow out because of your "sweet mouth"

our fathers fought for biafra and we will stand for them. Imagine if the igbos denied kaduna nzeogwu who led the coup that erupted the civil on the basis that he is from midwest? We sacrificed over 3m lives for our brothers, that is who we are, we stand up for our brother in the time of need.

Things are changing and you cant help it. Even the ikwerres have started debunking the lies of your kinds. It may interest you to know that the present leader of "ohaneze ndi igbo" is from ikwerre.

We from rivers state refuse anything s/s or niger delta republic if we want secession biafra is the on option. I dont know the tribe you are coming from, probably not from ijaw or igbo. I suspect that you are from edo that is why your igbophobia and hatred for igbo is mentaly deranging you. If it was in my hands edo state should not be part of biafra save for igbanke likewise some part of delta state.

We are igbos and we have always stood up against anything oppression and marginalisation. We have lived with the minorities arounnd us for centuries and we have neither fought nor oppress them. So, any one crying of igbo dominance is either jealous or lazy. Yes we are hardworking and we are proud to be igbos. Any one trying to sweet talk us into niger delta republic might start her republic from her people. Rivers state and every other nook and cranny part of igboland incltuding those in delta, edo, kogi and benue will form biafra and if any other minority want to join us then, we will think of practising cofederating states system of government or better still eliminate minority.

Enough is enough for some stupid and lazy people trying to blackmail and balkanize igboland with s/s which is a nigerian creation.

Have ever heard the ifes, aworis, owus, ijebus or the oguns denying their yoruba identity?

We are igbos and we will stand for our brothers even if they are reduced into four states by the nigerian government.

Nonsense!!!!!
PoliticsRe: Buhari Initiates Moves For Domestic Weapons Production by explorer250(m): 6:21pm On Aug 07, 2015
Nigeria cant do this without the igbo nation.
I have observed that my patriotism lies with the igbo nation. I am strong supporter of biafra because nigeria dont see us as one, but deep inside me i would prefer a united nigeria to biafra because with biafra there is no limit to what we can achieve as a united country. Until the nigerian govt brings about a policy to integrate the nation i my love lies to my tribe first b4 nigeria, and this is thesame with every other igbo.

I think that its high time nigeria swallows its pride and harness the igbo peoples potentials.

NIGERIA RUN TO THE IGBO NATION AND YOUR PROBLEM WOULD BE SOLVED!

look here. Politics is being played on the issue of Boko Haram. The Nigerian army can flush out Boko Haram in a matter of days. Don't be deceived by what you see or hear. Those at the top know what they are doing. Try starting a war or an uprising and let's see how long your joke of an army called biafra would be able to withstand the barrage and might of the Nigerian army. Politics is why it started and politics is still the reason the Boko Haram menace seems unabated. If the Nigeria army could singlehandedly end the civil war in Liberia and Sierra Leone, then what makes you feel that politics is not played on the issue of Boko Haram.
do not be decieved. Nigeria didnt end the civil war in those countries single handedly. As it stands now nigeria cant pull down boko haram on her own. During the militant crisis what did the nigerian army do? Where they able to tame the crisis? You dnt knw what war is, the effectivess of the army will reduce including its size. Also this is not 1967 nigerians are more reasonable, the igbo race is not vulnerable as you present. I will say it again igala is inconsequential and nigeria will not risk anything for her

like I said before and as I'm still saying now nothing will happen. Kogi people will finish you guys over there. Any attempt to attack them will be a perfect excuse for the Nigerian army to attack Aguleri.
the army that can curtail boko haram or they one that runs to foreign countries for aid or the one that igbos didnt make upto at least 20%? You must be daydreaming to think that nigeria will risk her unity and the free oil money because of inconsequential igala. Man wise up, talk is cheap

guy bend. Nothing will happen. You only make noise here on nairaland. You can't even engage ordinary kogi militants and you guys plan on taking the Nigerian army.
nigeria army will do absolutely nothing about this. Army and policemen has been killed several times in aba and nothing happened. If you are depending on the north to help igala then you must be a joke cuz the fulani is still on the quest to islamise the entire north, benue and plateau states will bear u witness on this. It is only a matter of time the fulani will cross into kogi. You should understand that nigeria cant risk another war with igbos, at least not this critical time. Buhari is not foolish that is why he cant even do anything about the ipob movement. I only pity kogi, just pray that they wont be remembered

I don't think the Kogi people know the kind of Fire they have dipped their hands into. I don't think they know the stuff that Aguleri/umuleri/Otuocha people are made of. When they had their own internal battle years ago, OBJ had to visit there before peace could be restored. Now Kogi youths have ramped up the stakes by going from causing neusance to actually invading and killing people on their farms. Anambra is my home state and I know that Aguleri people will not forget this until they get their own pound of flesh back. It is almost inevitable that they are going to invade Ibaji and burn the place to the ground. Those Kogi youths should never have killed any body because there is nothing makes Igbos go crazy like killing them.
honestly, i pray for peace
