The simple truth is that Cross Riverians should have it in mind that Akwa Ibomites are more exposed and advanced in developing themselves than they are, if you go to the Civil servant sector in cross river is almost occupied by Akwa ibomites, The judiciary as well, and more other sectors.. don't be jealous of some one who is doing well, moreover she may be Akwa Ibom by origin but Cross riverian by marriage.

Many Akwa ibomites are obongs and title chiefs in Calabar. Like the oil rich Bakkassi local government is 70% Akwa Ibomites of The Annang heritage. ..

Sorry bros but na tru. Take a tour of the entire state if you won't find Akwa Ibom people everywhere. Anang people are the Obong (village heads) in Akpabuyo LGA.

I'm sure you've not heard during the time of governor Donald Duke, where he went to a village in Akpabuyo and requested to see the village head. He was surprised to be told that the village head had gone to his village.
Donald Duke smiled and knew that truly Akwa Ibom people are the owners of some villages in Cross River.
