1.Drink plenty of water; Eat plenty of fruits and vegetables; Avoid overexposure to sun. 2. Form a habit of exfoliating your face and body at least once a week, and moisturing day and night 3. Beware of synthetic chemicals. They may give an immediate effect, but that's only temporary. They cause damage at the long run. 4. Give your body time to heal itself. As new healthier cells are produced the old ones are shed off revealing a more youthful glowing skin For more, whatsapp or text 08179796438 or 07034254249 |
Romance / Re: 5 Ways To Become More Irresistibly Attractive by expozey(f): 7:59pm On Feb 03, 2015 |
Very good write-up. Most times, we covet what we don't really need, we crave attention or validation from people who don't even give a damn about us, we build our lives not based on principles or personal ideals, but on societal norms, whether good or bad. In doing all these we lose touch with whom we truly are and just go along with everchanging fads. |

So on point. Been. a victim of that aso-ebi stuff several times. Funny thing is that some of those who didn't buy the cloth may have given ten times its value to the couple or their parents. I'm an example. Just don't understand what that is all about 2 Likes |

Been using it consistently since 1994. I use it first before toothbrush and paste. Gives me a feelung of freshness and total oral cleanliness. Guess I'm oldschool. |

@ Op. Being following your write-ups for quite some time and I must say this is the poorest I've seen. Scandal-free actresses. The only scandal she's had was _______, or she's been involved in only two scandals. How then are they scandal free? These comments have nothing to do with the actresses' personal lives(not my cup of tea) ; just saying that this article falls far short of op's standard. 1 Like |

Health / Re: Bathing With Sponges & Without Sponges. by expozey(f): 7:35pm On Nov 24, 2014 |
It depends on individual skin type. As for me I have terrible itching after sponging. That experience is common when skin is dry. As regards thorough cleanliness, a good exfoliation procedure done weekly more than makes up for the lack of daily sponging. 1 Like |

To all our armed forces, please do your best to stop this war. Combine all intelligence and strategic efforts to fish out the sponsors, interrogate them, and hand them to the law for prosecution and appropriate punishment. In other words, cut off the source. Enough of this fire brigade approach. More grace to your elbow. God bless. |
