Ed Woodward has stepped down from his position as Manchester United chairman alongside the ESL reports going on.

The resigning chairman is believed to be a key to most Premier League clubs joining the European Super League.

Alongside club owner, Joel Glazer, he is believed to be part of the driving force.

The ESL comprises 12 founding members that include Manchester United, Manchester City, Chelsea, and Arsenal.

Fans had come out in mass to protest against the Super League in front of the various stadiums of clubs involved.

According to reports, Woodward handed in his notice today, resigning at the end of the current campaign.

Also, handing over his notice of resignation following the immense backlash towards the European Super League.

Ed was appointed the vice-president of the ESL alongside Andrea Agnelli, with Fiorentino Perez as president.

Since accepting to join the ESL, Manchester United had also faced criticism from people involved with the club, past, and present.

Manchester United boss, Ole Gunnar Solskjaer has shown his interest in signing Brazilian youngster Matheus Martinelli.

The Norwegian alongside his new sporting director Darren Fletcher are keen on getting younger players for the near future.

According to TMZ, sources say the divorce is amicable.

Kim is said to be asking for joint custody of their four kids and Kanye is fine with having to co-parent.

The Nigerian singer performed the very first track from his album 'Apollo' which had featured American rapper, D Smoke.

He also performed his hit song 'Vibration' from his debut 'Laughter, Tears and Goosebumps.'

The singer had performed on an elevated edifice having the assistance of a live band, backup, and a couple of dancers.

Manchester City had humbled the Merseyside team at Anfield but the City manager believes that Liverpool still have a title chance.

Liverpool forward, Mohamed Salah has taken a cheeky shot at Sadio Mane after their win against West Ham United.

Sadio Mane had missed the match due to a minor muscle injury and is expected to return to action this week.

With the Senegalese out of action, this gave an opportunity for Divock Origi to start for the Reds.

The Egyptian jokingly hinted that The Reds have one a few matches without the presence of Mane and Roberto Firmino.

During his post-match interview, Salah said;

"It's a good win for us, they are a tough team. We need to win every game now. 

"I knew there was a big responsibility on me and I just try every game, not just now to help the team. I've played without them before, and we win also."

The forward talked about his goals and showered praise on Xherdan Shaqiri for the assist he provided.

Chelsea manager, Thomas Tuchel was pleased with his team's win against Burnley but was not too gushy about his forwards.

But despite all that, the German manager still had to talk to his forwards;

"It should be a signal to our guys up front that we needed two defensive players to score! We lack at the moment the precision in the last past.

"We lack precision in the last touch, the finishing. We will work on this absolutely because we had a lot of touches in the box.

"A lot of half-chances, a lot of deliveries.

Rangers manager Steven Gerrard has slammed Chelsea F.C for not been patient with former manager Frank Lampard.

The Englishman was fired as manager of Chelsea due to the poor performances delivered by the team.

The Liverpool legend has shown his displeasure for the fact that the club did not stick with their manager during a crisis.

"I'm gutted for Frank, he's an ex-friend of mine, someone I respect greatly. Knowing the guy he'll be back before no time.

"He'll dust himself down and he'll get ready to get back involved. I think he'll use this time to spend with his family, he's obviously got a young family and one on the way.

"I'm disappointed for him. I thought it was a very swift exit on the back of a positive result at the weekend.

"I don't know how it's been with him, the relationships that he's had inside the club. But I did think it was an opportunity for Chelsea to reach out and support him during this tough period of results, rather than do what they've done.

"But Chelsea has got a history for that, so it was no surprise."
