Apparently, billionaire rapper, Kanye West still has his eyes set as he releases his first ads for president.

Although, if the rapper is still serious about the seat, he definitely has a lot of work to do since he has a lot more grounds to cover.

His first political ad could be either right on time or way too late, either way, he has a lot on his hands.

The rapper had shown his interest via a tweet earlier in the year;

"We must now realize the promise of America by trusting God, unifying our vision, and building our future. I am running for the President of the United States #2020VISION"

Ye's campaign ad carries Kanye on a podium with the American flag behind him as he gave a message as regards faith, religion, and prayer.

The campaign just debuted on social media.

In a nutshell, the billionaire rapper is telling everyone that he still has eyes on the presidential seat and urging everyone to vote for him.

His campaign is coming in just barely 3 weeks to the election day which could either be a bad idea or a perfectly timed move.

DC's Wonder Woman actor and director duo Patty Jenkins and Gal Gadot reunite for a Cleopatra biopic.

This is confirmed by The Hollywood Reporter.

The historical drama's script will be written by Laeta Kalogridis and directed by Patty Jenkins.

Charles Roven of Atlas Entertainment, Gal Gadot, and Jaron Varsano of Pilot Wave Motion Pictures will handle banner producing.

Gal Gadot will play the role of the ancient Egyptian queen a role made famous by Elizabeth Taylor in 1963.

In a tweet regarding the film, Gal Gadot said;

"I love embarking on new journeys, I love the excitement of new projects, the thrill of bringing new stories to life.

"Cleopatra is a story I wanted to tell for a very long time. Can't be more grateful about this A team."

Jenkins and Gadot have recently finished working on Wonder Woman 1984.

Mother of the Kardashian/Jenner women, Kris Jenner has given her statements on the reason to end Keeping Up With The Kardashians.

The television created by Ryan Seacrest in 2007 on the E! cable network has run 14 years and will end in its 20th season.

According to an insider who spoke on the reason why the family decided to end the show;

"The ladies were done with long hours and think they are famous enough without the show to make all their money online."


The 64-year-old momager appeared virtually on The Ellen DeGeneres Show to talk about the show's ending after 20 years.

Apparently, the family had decided to end the show in a unanimous decision. And as expected, they'd want to take a break.

"It was kind of sudden. I think we were talking about signing up for another couple of years with our network and suddenly just came to the decision as a group that the whole family thought it was time.

"It just sort of came to us and we thought, 20 seasons, 14 years, hundreds of episodes and lots of spin-offs."

Kris later went on to talk about all that has happened since the inception of the show, also stating that the end of the show was hardest on Khloe Kardashian.

Although with the announcement of the end of the show, a lot of people speculated the 64-year-old joining The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills.

According to PageSix, Young is suing her estranged husband under claims that she co-owns the trademark to his name.

In the document filed, that Dr. Dre had secretly transferred all the valuable trademarks to a holding company and also said he kicked her out of their home earlier this year.

She had thanked everyone for the show of affection but said she was ok and also said the split wasn't technically about his infidelity.

2020 spy film Tenet may see her Box Office hit over $100 million internationally over the weekend. So far it has made over $20 million in China.

The thriller was released on August 26, 2020, in the United Kingdom and September 3, 2020, in the United States.

The spy/thriller was produced on a $200 million budget and the producers hope to hit $450 million locally.

As usual, like all films, the movie was welcomed with a lot of mixed reactions from viewers.

The classic spy movie starred names like Robert Pattinson, John David Washington, Michael Caine, and a host of others.

If you love the classic fighting movie then you'd love this because it is packed with action and shootings, killings and explosions (I guess).

But for the storyline, if you aren't the patient type then you'd really get tired of watching because the storyline seems scattered.

I mean it looked like indirect homework where you have to figure out what's happening yourself.

The Batman filming has been halted according to reports as actor Robert Pattinson confirms testing positive to COVID-19.

Senegalese-American born singer, Akon has plans to build a $6 billion city in his country of Senegal as a home back home.

In a conference, the singer stated that he had already laid the first stone in the Atlantic Ocean village of Mbodiene in Dakar.

The singer had stated that while he grew up in America, a lot of African-Americans really never understood the culture.

In his statement, he said;

"So I wanted to build a city or a project like this that will give them the motivation to know that there is home back home."

Akon stated that the city will offer hotels, a university, hospitals, casinos, film studios, architectures, and also African sculptures.

The singer stated that the fictional country of Wakanda from the Marvel Cinematic Universe movie Black Panther added as additional inspiration.

He continued his statement saying;

"As you come in from America, or Europe or anywhere in the diaspora, and you feel like you want to visit Africa, we want Senegal to be their first stop."

The singer who has the hope of boosting solar power in the continent therefore, the city will be built with raw materials.

Actor, Josh Gad has shared the touching final texts he had received from the Late Chadwick Boseman.

The whole world shook after hearing of the Black Panther's actor demise on the 28th of August 2020.

The actor had passed away after a four-year battle with colon cancer according to his representatives and his family.

In their statement, they said;

"It is with immeasurable grief that we confirm the passing of Chadwick Boseman." the statement started.

"He was diagnosed with stage III colon cancer in 2016 and battled with it these last 4 years as it progressed to stage IV.

"A true fighter, Chadwick persevered through it all and brought you many of the films you have come to love so much."

The stars from Black Panther including Marvel Studios have paid their respects to the American star.

On hearing the news of his death, Gad put out a tweet with a screenshot of the message he had received from the actor.

"Breaking my Twitter silence to share some beauty. This was one of my final texts from the brilliant & once-in-lifetime talent, @chadwickboseman - take this in and celebrate life.

"He knew how precious every moment was. Tonight the Heavens received one of its most powerful angels."

On the text received, the late actor talked about Gad cathing the rain as the title read 'Catch The Rain';

As part of the message, he told his MARSHALL co-star;

"If you're like me, maybe you looked at the week's forecast and found that it's supposed to rain for three straight days.

"Not without breaks of sunlight and reprieves of moist gloom, but yea it's gonna be coming down like cats and dogs."

He then proceeded to say that;

"But now that the rains have stopped and today's storm as cleared, I urge you to go outside and take a DEEP breath."

In essence, the late Boseman advised Gad to be thankful and grateful for the wonders of the day, each passing day.

It came more as a surprise because nobody really knew his conditions as he always gave his all in his movies

The world was shocked after hearing the passing of one of Hollywood's own, Chadwick Boseman.

The movie star died on the night of 28 August 2020 due to stage 4 Colon cancer which he had been fighting for four years.

His fight with cancer was since he was diagnosed with stage 3 colon cancer in 2016.

Boseman was just 43.

As expected, the stars of his superhero movie Black Panther have now come out to show their respects to the late actor.

 It is annoying and likewise funny that in this day and age, the issue of racism is still a topic for discussion.

As it stands, both the rich and influential people around the world are not exempted from the dangers associated with the abuse.

In two of our previous posts, we talked about movie stereotypes and how war movies can affect reasoning regarding race.

Davido has now come out to speak on his own experience whilst going to school in the United States of America.

The award-winning singer was born in Atlanta, Georgia to his businessman father and his late university lecturer mother.

He got into college at the age of 15 and attended Oakwood University in Alabama and it wasn't such a smooth ride.

As you would know, the state of Alabama was a  predominantly white state. He also added that being a black student wasn't easy.

"It's crazy, because I'm from both America and Africa, so I know how both sides think, I went to school in Alabama.

"I went to college at 15, I was very young. And Alabama was a predominantly white state. So being an African kid in a university where it's 13% Black people, it's amazing.

"It's not easy. I had to learn a lot of the things when I was like "Yo why you look at me like that?" And not even just being black, being African.

"They used to ask me questions like, "Yo, how'd you get to America?" I'm like "What you mean?" "I came on a plane." 

"Oh, y'all got airports?" Now every American wants to go to Africa. Everybody wants to know where they are from.

"So it's good to see the transitions from not being appreciated, to being appreciated right now."

Davido still remains one of Africas leading artistes of the decade.

The Houston rapper shook tables after coming out to openly confirm getting shot by the Canadian.

The rapper/singer had announced that he was leaving the rap scene to focus on being a father and a family man.

He made the announcement as he introduced his sixth album 'No Pressure.'

"Officially announcing my retirement with the release of 'No Pressure' executive produced by No I.D. July 24th..."

During his interview with Hard Knock TV, it was known that the rapper had some unreleased tracks before talking about leaving.

The rapper was then asked if he'd release the tracks, he said he could if fans would actually sign a petition for it.

"If you get a million people to start the petition, I'll drop a free mixtape."

Logic then talked about releasing mixtapes, including his rendition of Polo G's "Go Stupid."

"Yeah, I was gonna do this mixtape where I just rap on everybody's beats.

"I don't know, I don't think anybody really wants a free mixtape with me, I don't know," he explained why he was reluctant.

"I like the idea of rapping on other people's beats because it was fun, brought a hunger in me.

"Because you have to rap as good if not better than the original person.

"That's why my mixtapes were the way they were."

According to XXL Magazine, the Change.org petition has gotten more than 15,000 signatures as it stands.

It is no news about the shooting but as it stands, it is not looking good for the Canadian rapper and singer.

Megan had taken to Instagram saying she had been shot on the night of rapper and singer, Tory Lanez's arrest on Sunday, July 12.

This sparked a lot of heat on the web, leading to a petition for the deportation of the Canadian. The petition had gone far making things worse for him.

During an Instagram live session on August 20, the Houston rapper talked in detail on how the shooting went down.

"Since y'all hoes so worried 'bout it, yes this nigga Tory shot me. You shot me. And you got your publicist and your people going to these blogs lying and shit.

Megan Thee Stallion later went on to explain the reason she didn't report was the fact that they'll have to explain the reason for the gun in the car.

Right now, there are chances that the Canadian artist could be facing a felony assault charge after the shooting incident.

Even though Lanez has not been declared as a suspect, the Police have been urged to carry out a thorough investigation on the issue.
