There's no need for plenty advice and wasting of time. Two of your friends are involved. The one in campus and the other outside the campus.

The girl may never be able to leave the campus guy and if she does and the campus guy finds out you are the cause, this also is another problem.

I think you made a mistake, you shouldn't have revealed your identity to the girl whichever way, if the guy outside the campus is indeed your friend, you just have to find away to make him quit cos that girl is a cheat forever.
