Health / How To Heal Cracked Feet Quickly by ezanafe(m): 6:03am On Dec 13, 2015
Heel fissures, also known as cracked feet, are a common problem for people of all ages. Lack of moisture is one of the most common causes. Other causes are standing for long hours, use of harsh soaps, dehydration, cold chilly winter weather, continuous exposure to water, overweight, habit of wearing wrong kind of footwear, psoriasis, thyroid disease, diabetes and so on.
Cracked feet look unattractive and in some cases, it can even bleed and lead to infection and extreme pain; but it can be easily taken care of with some simple and easy home remedies as follows:

Petroleum Jelly:
Petroleum jelly will help to maintain the moisture level of your feet and hence it can also heal cracked feet. Before going to bet, apply petroleum jelly on your feet generously and after that, wear a pair of clean socks to lock in the moisture. Follow this remedy daily.

Petroleum Jelly + Lemon:
Mix petroleum jelly with lemon juice and then apply to the dry and cracked heels. Before applying, wash your feet and pat them dry. Follow this remedy daily.

Banana:
Take one or two overripe bananas and blend them in a blender to form a thick and creamy paste. Wash your feet properly and then apply this smooth banana paste on it. Allow it to sit for about 15 minutes and then wash your feet thoroughly with lukewarm water or cold water alternatively. Soon you will have smooth and silky feet in no time. Repeat this remedy daily to prevent and treat dry/cracked heels. Again, ripe pawpaw can also be used.

Warm Water:
Before going to bed, take half a bucket of warm water and add some liquid soap in it. Soak your feet in this warm soapy water for about 20 minutes. The dead skin cells will become loose, which you can now get rid of by scrubbing with a pumice stone. Do it gently or else the skin will get irritated. Finally, rinse off your feet with clean water, pat dry them with a soft towel and apply some foot cream or moisturizer. Wear a pair of clean socks. In the morning, you will find your feet in a better condition. Follow this remedy daily until the cracked feet are healed completely.

Honey:
One easy remedy is to soak you feet in warm water and honey for 10 minutes. This will help to get rid of the dryness and your feet will become soft and supple.

Hello Mr. xxxtedyxxx, am new here and i like ur advice. There is this girl who we live in the same town & we have known and been chatting online for couple of months without telling her my feelings for her. But recently i opened up to her about how i like her and she was not surprise about it. Nevertheless, we still continue our normal chatting online and i decided to start calling her on phone like 2 days interval. I know she like me but she is a kind of not comfortable while chatting with me face to face, & i don't know what to do to make her to be free with me while we are together physically. The problem now is that i visited her in her house and i ask her to be my girlfriend. What she replied after all my toasting technics was that she don't know what to say about my idea of her dating me. She does not reply to my messages online as she does before i toasted her, except recently she celebrated her birthday that i wished her a happy celebration that she replied my message online. And also she do not pick my call like before i.e. she deliberately shun my calls sometimes. Pls what positive step should I take now?

Any African who is a christian, disrespecting his ancestral heritage in favor of foreign dogmas is a slave

Bros, You need to encounter your consciousness and ur true identity

JOHN 14:6- Jesus is the way, the truth and the life no one, i repeat no one goes to the father except through Him.

I had a friend that went to Aiyegunle part of Akoko Edo, he told me that they speak Yoruba well over their and understand Yoruba language. That most of their house were olden days story building thay is common in Akoko Land of Ondo State.

You are some how right that Aiyegunle which is part of Akoko Edo speaks Yoruba dialect. In other words they still have their own self developed and spoken dialect which is different from Yoruba dialect.

And Am saying that such beliefs have no basis cause we africans don't know any Adam and Eve. .. these are Semetic ancestors not African ancestors
From north - south, east - west We have no traditions of Adam and Eve

Or are you rejecting ur "Africanity" for Semetism?

Same for South East Asians like Japanese, Chinese etc they aren't descended from Adam and Eve
If i may ask what is your faith/ believe? I mean your religion.

Nonsense. Adam and Eve are Semitic ancestors. ..they got nothing to do with us black africans

Stop this gullibility.. learn to uplift ur own version of the origins of man
Sir, to my own religious believe, i learnt that all MEN are descendants of Adam & Eve including you.
