Greetings. Pls I need ur guidance on one of my ebook I published for distribution on Publish Drive. The only problem I have with them is that I should upload a document showing exclusive rights to my title. I wrote this book and I don't know how to go about it. Have you experience such? Pls guidance

1. Publishing on Amazon alone and enrolling in their SELECT program or publishing on both Amazon and Publishing drive which one is more advantageous?

2. I recently published an ebook which I enrolled in the SELECT program. Just yesterday that I checked my KDP dashboard I saw many page reads and I was happy. Then I went to view the book on Amazon and under it my ebook has an "Amazon sale rank." My questions is even without a single sale yet, can an Amazon ebook have an "Amazon sale rank" with just page reads?

Mine was when our entire SS3 class was give 2 weeks suspension 3weeks to our Weac exams. We were yet to complete our practical classes in Chemistry and Physics, So I had to join my friends in there school without registration, so as to cover up before Weac exams. Review used to be 24 hours, but the rate of people who have joined the trade in that last 6 months around the world is huge — especially in India, and some of them are using automated uploading software, so it's taking more time to review all the thousands, if now millions of books uploaded per day/per week.
