Ileke-IdI:If only they can redistribute the wealth! But to be honest, the East has been neglected! No one wants an unhappy East. Because we Igbos do not only use words, we pick up the guns when necessary. |
Yes I call Nigerians back home cowards. My whole life was spent in Nigeria. Port Harcourt to be exact and I traveled to the U.S. with my siblings to get a higher education. Until Nigeria invest in its brightest instead of politicians enriching themselves, we in the DIaspora will help another nation that can tap into our talented minds. |
Ujujoan:I am not getting self-righteous. I am just the harbinger of truth. The Nigerians at home, have to show the ones in the diaspora that they are ready in change. We in the Diaspora cannot bring change to Nigeria, because we will be seen as outsiders in some way. I rather invest in a nation, that will invest in me and my family. A nation that doesn't invest in its citizens is not worthy enough for people to invest in. |
Ujujoan:Nigerians back home have no vision or they are COWARDS. Simple as that. Why should the Nigerians in the Diaspora come back home, when our minds are not being tapped into. The nations that he mentioned, support their brightest citizens. LIKE I SAID. NO VISION! Nigerians hate the truth. . . |
tpiah, Where was Nzeogwu's state of origin? Once you get the answer then you will know the truth. |
You are not winning any allies. Nigeria needs the Diaspora, because the most intelligent Nigerians are in the Diaspora. The ones left back at home do not have any vision. |
jaygetta:Were they not responsible? Most of the people involved in the coup hailed from this region. Kaduna Nzeogwu family came from this area among others. Simply stating the truth. |
He said Anioma Igbos for a reason, because for some unknown reason, some Anioma Igbos like to deny being Igbos. Even though most of the military officers in the first coup came from that region, and ALL Igbos suffered for what they did. |
Zimbabwe's government is barely standing and they want to give Munya $300,000 for becoming a runner up. There is something wrong with the African Pysche. What would possess you to do something like that? |
Even I am not interesting in this e-battle. ![]() |
jason12345:He only speaks for the Ijaws. He does not speak for the Ogoni, Ikwerre, Ibibio (my people as well) and the other minorities. |
jason12345:The Ijaw nation was split if you didn't know that. Some Igbos even turned against their fellow Igbos. The same goes for Ibibio, Ogoni and Efik. https://www.nairaland.com/nigeria/topic-296572.0.html |
jason12345:Wrong! Some Ijaws fought against Biafra, while some supported Biafra. Where do you think the name Biafra came from? It was an Ijaw man who coined the term. Asari Dokubo if you know who that is said, that the Niger Delta would not get emancipation unless they had the FULL SUPPORT OF the Igbo. |
jason12345:Have you heard of MASSOB? And a lot of Niger Delta militants are IGBO. They were on a rampage in Southern Abia State and Imo State. |
jason12345:Amongst cultural lines. The East has more in common with each other. The Ijaws would join the Igbo, Ibibio, Ogoni and other Eastern groups. The same goes for the Anioma Igbo. The rest I do not care about. |
jason12345:It is not a sensible way, because what you are trying to say would prove disastrous. Pan-Igbo in which no part of Igbo land will be ceded to anyone. My Anioma brethren will remain part of Igboland. |
And this fictional term called the south-south is laughable. The East is the Igbo domain and Igbo land does not stop at the River Niger. |
