Rossikk: The OP which is me is someone who lived in Ghana for [b]FOUR [/b]years. I lived in Accra in an area East Legon. My power rarely went out in my area. And even if it did, it would be brought back on within hours. Not days, not weeks, not months, not years! I think I would know what I am talking about.
