MissMeiya: Indeed. Unfortunately, I'm not finished.wow! Once again,i apologise. |
MissMeiya: Did you actually read my post? I doubt it. You read someone else's reply to me and made an assumption.okay ,if you say so. I apologise. *I aint got time for argument* |
MissMeiya: Excuse me? I'm amazed at how you drew that conclusion. You must be thinking of some other diasporan that you hate. Leave me out of it.hate you? nah. I don't know you enough to hate you. I just drew my observation and conclusions from the thread. Btw,what is hateful about my post.? |
zicoraads: And you feel cancelling her trip was that necessary action?I was actually amused because she was overestimating her importance. As long as the foreign investors keep trooping in,i don't think the FG would be bothered over one paranoid 'nigerian' in the diaspora. |
The day she won the FG at the supreme court over some oil wells was the day her breakthrough began. I am sure she will never forget that day. |
rattlesnake: Rip(Rest in peace)lol And who told you america would be the world power in the next world? |
I wonder why this woman never became president or even governor. She reminds me of angela merkel of germany and dilma of brazil. These are the kinds of ultranationalists this country needs. |
As you can see, these hoes aint loyal. |
J12: Who owns NNPC?NNPC contributed just 15%. The project belongs to chevron. |
PassingShot: The Escravos GTL project had been severally delayed and capital expenditure on it is approaching $10 billion, according to Chevron.high cost of doing business,inflation,e.t.c.,and not forgetting the various kinds of community compensations paid. |
735i: The same mistakes we made in the '60's we are making again now.The project was majorly funded by chevron, why shouldn't they get the lion share.? |
Fischer-tropsch reaction. Process/chemical engineers make una no slack o. |
Making your wife the next of kin in this 21st century? Absolute madness. Only inexperienced or kitten-wiped 'men' will make such a mistake. |
chebeoc: I wonder why there is no breaking news from BBC to tell the world this news, when it comes to boko haram issues theyThose fools are still furious with nigerians for frustrating their british imperialism decades ago. They see france and they get jealous. |
Jimi agbaje better travel out and wait for 2015 before they kill him. No sane lagosian would vote against him. |
This woman is brain dead. Does she really think the family of the late doctor would appreciate the apology? I expect her to keep shut and stop looking for cheap publicity. Anyway, she should be grateful it is not america her husband entered ,else she would need to be taken into protective custody to avoid the wrath of red necks and other mad fuccks in america. |
krayzieklay: Are u minding him?? If not because most of us av boreholes in our house(unlike them),who knows, ours might be in a devastating state. If you have bore holes, what other water do you want again? You think the brazillians don't want boreholes? |
agitator: Ok, this people are complaining about water shortage while in Nigeria we don't even have water. Kindly tell me a city in Nigeria with pipe borne water. Are you kidding me? You must be living in a zoo. |
Absolutely disgusting. I had a friend like that who practised cohabition to the limits. He was living with one very naive babe that was giving him raw sex and other wively benefits for four years. I remember having this involuntary desire to puke whenever i see that lady. Seriously, with everything i have seen,i have realized that the luckiest and smartest guys are the ones married to virgins. |
What is this nonsense? The same deluded Kenyans that celebrated obama's presidency are the same people cursing him now for ignoring them. Chuka is british through and through. When will Nigerians learn? |
The UK govt on the other hand have very low tolerance for such . The way those guys burst religious scams is worthy of commendation and recommendation. |
American clergies are very sophisticated scammers that would put the likes of oyakhilome to shame. The level of scam i see on TBN is mindblogging and their govt is not doing anything . That is their problem anyway. The Nigerian govt should wake up to its responsibility and ensure that such is not replicated in Nigeria, even though the signs are very ominous. |
Beautiful city. One of africa's best. Far more livable than slum-like lagos. |
Don't you think this thread is more suitable for the foreign section or is ghana now Nigeria's 37th state? Btw, 4GLTE has already being launched in some Nigerian states a couple of months ago. Sorry. |
barcanista: Do you blame Obasanjo Alone? The Then SSG Chief Ufot Ekaete is From Cross Rivers State, Senator Ita Giwa who was in the Senate and an ally to Obasanjo (She Championed the 3rd Term Bid)is from Cross Rivers State (I think Bakassi), The incumbent Governor then Donald Duke among other Cross Rivers Indigens including their Rep Members and Senators didn't do ANYTHING. The Present Governor Liyel Imoke was serving in Obasanjo Cabinet all that time. They did not do anything. They were all lining at Obasanjo pursuing his 3rd Term bid and their indigens didn't protest. Bros, The Bakassi problem to me is Cross River state's problem. If it were other Ijaw for example such won't happen. It will be a fight to finish. Anyway, I neither blame Jonathan nor Obasanjo, I blame the Cross River people. It is the job of the FG to secure the nation's sovereignty. You don't expect the cross river people to start carrying arms. They are peaceful people. |
MorrisaMkenya: the best university in Nigeria is University of Lagos which is rated at number 21,while University of Nairobi is rated 17th in africa.....there are over 8decent universities in kenya which are public, before i even mention the private onesUnless the rankings have drastically changed, but at last year/early this year, obafemi awolowo university was 8 on the rankings. |
And what are we doing to get it back.? We are cursed with fools as leaders. Abacha would be turning in his grave by now. I remember when chad invaded borno in the 80s, general muhammadu buhari rallied the military and sent the chadian bastards scampering away with their tails between their legs. What happened to us? We need buhari desperately. |
Reference: So where do you want the money to come from. Is it his fault that Nigerians reproduce like rabbits and then heap all the expenses on a government they are unwilling to pay taxes to or pay realistic, 'high quality tuition' for 'high quality educational services'.Thank you very much. Most Nigerians are very simplistic. |
AZeD1: Universities have nothing to do with illiteracy/literacy.Okay maybe that is the wrong word but it doesn't change my point. Inadequate unis especially in the north have resulted in the creation of millions of invalids. |
lennymutai: .There are over 20 public universities in kenya alone. The decent schools in kenya are not more than 2 or 3. None of their schools will make africa's top 10. I hope you know there is a Nigerian school in top 10. |
AZeD1: Thats the point some of us are making. Its better to have 4 standard universities than have 100 mediocre universities. That is being simplistic. We can see the effects of illiteracy in out society. Having 4 unis gulping all the resources would mean less access to education and more problem for Nigeria. |
AZeD1: Thats the point some of us are making. Its better to have 4 standard universities than have 100 mediocre universities.I dont think so. We can see the effects of illiteracy in out society. |
