He has been house hunting, he finally got a Two-bed room and one parlour apartment in Lugbe Area. He was asked to pay 980k in total.
The rent is 800k. Caution is 100k, Agent is 10% of rent = 80k

I humbly want to know if its worth paying for or should he keep looking? Abuja residents, pls help a brother out

But what I’m saying is cost of erecting a standard and modern 4 bedrooms flat will cost 15-20m including fence , borehole , stone coated roofing, parapet, pop, tiles, casement ,paint , plumbing and electrical. You can not build a modern and standard 4 bedrooms flat with 5m anywhere in Nigeria. Except you just one build average house.
