s1: It baffles me a lot whenever I read stories like these on line,why on earth will a teacher be afraid of writing exams,we do not need a soothsayer or an abradacabra practitioner to tell us the level of their competence but I strongly belief that we will surely give account of whatever we do on this planet to the almighty God,if the government of this world fails to apprehend anyone of you due to the tactics of some unscrupulous elements in the ministry of education, God will surely not.I want to use this medium to give kudos to the ever rugged,ever dogged comrade governor Oshiomole for everything he's been doing so far in this struggle more power to his elbow, I urge other governors to emulate him and stop playing politics with the future of our incoming generation,it is crystal clear that no nation can rise above its level of education if our leaders truly love this country, more attention should be given to the education ministry incompetent teachers should not only be sacked but also be handed over to the police for claiming what they are not and at the same time destroying the future of our children,however such thing should be done after proper examinations and several screenings, furthermore the FG through the ministry of education should pump in more money into the education sector because it's indeed the bedrock of the economy and such money should be monitored by an independent body so as to make sure that the money is properly and judiciously used. God bless Nigeria.

Well said.even more baffling is NUT supporting the teachers.they dont care about the future of those student been produced by half-baked teachers but more interested in the number of teachers employed.

Why do we have teachers who are afread to exams themselves?
We have had of recent,teachers refusing to take assessment text meant to Determine their actual ability and competence to teach.but the teacher have vehemently opposed that.happened in Edo,Ekiti(one of the reasons they voted Fayemi out),KANO and Bauchi state.someone said "we have teachers who can not pass the same exams they set for students?
