Kaycevit: My refusal letter just dropped now..one of the reasons they gave was insufficient fund for tuition..I paid full tuition for the desired program..IRCC mainly those Kenya guys don't go through most Applications..I said it earlier..they are confused..I guess may be ROBOT are doing the job now because there is no justification for refusing visa based on insufficient fund when I have paid full tuition for the program which is verifiable...I MAY TAKE THEM TO COURT..so that d can summon d Vo/Robot...any suggestion s welcomed.. Payment receipt from the school was uploaded and well pointed out in the SOP Kenya |

dommakavelli: I agree. There is nothing wrong with going for Msc and submitting SOA. The money could be gifts from parents. It could be some of the money your parents put into your account, towards your study. Thanks alot for the advice @dommakavelli, @frankrobbn1, @wunaarroon69, i will put all you have said into consideration. It will end in praise |

Frankrobbn1: I know two experienced immigration attorney Law Firms in Canada that she can use to fight the case with strong arguments and backed up evidence. They specialize in more difficult cases and they know what they are doing and can help.
It is true that the process would cost her approximately 4,000CAD. However, she is doing so because she knows her right and the visa officer that handled her last application will be queried by a senior immigration officer at the Canadian embassy. Due to this miserable mistake from the visa officer's part, IRCC lawyer will not like to go to court but to settle and let another immigration officer go through the application the second time. Believe me, it mostly ends as an approval.
Reapplying blindly and addressing the reasons in an LOE might not be sufficient in her case because there is likelihood that a fresh reasons could be raised or she might not be able to convince the visa officer about her rejection grounds.
@Faith243, Be careful to not wait too long. You only have a certain amount of time (60 days for applicants outside of Canada) to be eligible fight through this process.
It will end in praise If i should go with an attorney will that cover for the other reasons? |

Wunaarroon69: That’s what I’m saying.
Your reason for apply for Msc is not clear because usually msc is for people that have work experience and want to learn more per say. Also not having a job shows you lack home ties which all boils down to “purpose of visit”. I wish I can see your sop because that’s where you made mistake. If you have explained your reasons well, they would have given you. The only one i don’t understand is this contravened the conditions of admission on a previous stay in canada. First time I am seeing such reason [/b] I have sent the sop to your mail, thanks . |

Wunaarroon69: Why did you include the bolded? Which support does your brother need to render you in Canada exactly?
Also why include your SOA if you’re only an NYSC intern (which signifies you don’t have much), when you already have your mum as sponsor?
Well all hope not lost. Kindly reapply if you wish. Just make your finance stronger and include a very good LOE explaining your ties etc
I got my permit after 1st rejection so I know how you feel. Try again, I advise.
You can reach out if you have any questions. Wish you all the best Thanks, but i completed my NYSC june 2019, and i do not have a job. |

Qudkom: You have to find a way to plug those loopholes to boost your chances. You most likely don't have issues with, purpose of visit and finance. But finance and personal asset, home ties* can be a serious let down. You need to start by showing good accountability of your activities right from your undergraduate Years followed by a way to shoe that you've been actively evolved in developing your self both intellectually and work experience. Thank you. How helpful can a letter of recommendation be from my ppa. I also got a part time job as a customer care representative. |
