I am an ardent supporter of meeting people in real life situations rather than some strangers breathing down my neck.
Maybe if you mellow down on your crave for front page you will get the needed traffic you need on you "site"
Internet marketing has gone beyond this crude way of you trying to indirectly make money for yourself.

Comments on your blog. Nice idea. I think you should move the fajigirl watermark to one of the four edges (lower right preferably). Putting it smack in the middle of beautiful pictures doesn't make for pleasurable viewing (unless you are trying to cover your face..lol).
