I got to Edinburgh on Monday morning (BA) no one ask for covid test. On thing I will advice people is that pls and pls have ticket for your final destination... if u are going to Glasgow, Manchester etc make sure you have your ticket heading to your final destination.... some students have issue with this. Try weigh and your bags. I paid 80k for extra luggage. Know a little introduction abt your course in case you are called by the border control officer. I was called it was not an easy one ... thank you. Edinburgh Napier university Scotland I rep��������✌�

Some people did that and their dependant(s) still got the visa.
As long as the dependant correctly cited the main applicant's details to link their applications and have their own maintenance, they've nothing to worry about.

I also did biometric on the same date, got a non straightforward email on the 17th and till now, nothing.

I did mine on 26th August, got the non straightforward email on 10th September, no other mail for 2nd interview, my schl resumed on 7th September and if by 25th September I don't complete matriculation, i may loose the offer. This wait is quite frustrating and am feeling sick already

No mail from UKVI since last month, interview and Biometrics August 28... I can't even think straight ever since. This people should just answer me and give me Visa na.

Myself and 5 other people as well. We were told that we will be called for the interview via phone.

Has anyone experienced this here and how was it. What was the time frame before receiving the call from them.

I would suggest that you address this in your application so that it doesn't come back to bite you in the a**. Get the necessary legal documents (I.e. affidavit) to affirm that there was indeed an error on your previous passport and that your original date of birth is the one you have on the new passport.
If you don't address this and you're found out (since you also have to declare past refusals), it will connote a case of deliberate misrepresentation.

I have an affidavit to show. Menh i am just confused and worried about this application
