I have a confession to make. When Unknown gunnmen were kiIIing law enforcement persons in SE I was one of those hailing them and abusing those condemning them. When the agitators started killing those they claim are sabos I also hailed them, and when a good friend of mine who was against all these showed me where they cut off a person's manhood and was humiliating him while he was groaning in pain, I still insisted it serves him right because he is sabo but my friend told me this, she said, this is an opportunity for anarchy in our land, it will not stop, kidnappers, robbers, criminals, naturally wicked poeple, and never do wells, will see this as a way to legitimize eviI in our land and start committing every manner of crime and some will just kiII anyone they don't like hiding under esn and ugm, I still did not care. I was also supporting the enforcement of sit at home. I was still defending ugm, esn and all of them. Then my younger brother who just graduated was kiIIed last Monday by those enforcing sit at home, he was our only son, living my mother without a son she suffered as a widow to train in school. My mother has not even been outside since his death. He was buried without my mother seeing him because she was on watch. I simply called that my friend who was reasoning well while my reasons left me and apologized. The blind support many of us gave them whem they started doing away with law enforcement is majorly why we are here now, and the killings of anyone they see as sabo and now my brain is working who is to determine who is sabo? what are the parameters? And that cutting off of that man's manhood, even Isis and other dangerous terror groups have never gone that far. Please umunnem, it is time we say NO to what these people are causing in Igbo land, we have to stand up and say no before they kiII us all off. Remember as long as they are doing this is SE, no one will care. It is not affecting the whole country. Those that don't even like us for any reason will be very happy and wish that it never stops. Mazi Nnamdi Kanu is the supreme Commander and each of his instructions or commands is not debatable it must be carried out to the last by the directorate of the states.

IPOB Directorates Of States D.O.S are the Decision Making Body

Each Members of Directorates of States has a special task assigned to him or her just like a Minister in a government .

D.O.S are acting shadow legislatures and acting presidential cabinet example Ministers

Most members of D.O.S are continental representatives and Regional continental representatives representating all IPOB National coodinators of their regions and continents .

How They work

IPOB Directorates of states (D.O.S ) Are the members controlling day to day affairs of IPOB worldwide . They often met together on daily /weekly basis review the activities of IPOB worldwide deliberate on every issues and matters arising and pass a resolution in every issues deliberated on and forward it to IPOB supreme leader Mazi Nnamdi Kanu for Approval. On approval of each resolution reached .

The media department will officially announce it via the appropriate channels of communication of IPOB e.g Radio Biafra, IPOB publicity sectary office Emma Powerful and other IPOB official media forum if they found it necessary to do so .

But If the resolution is not of public interest the D.O.S members representing each continent and region will forward the information to National coodinators under their regions and continents and implementation will be carried out to the later .

Each members of D.O.S as earlier said are assigned a special task and have a duty to report to the head of directorate of states. H.O.D Mazi Chika Edoziem as per his or her task assigned to him or her individually and independently.

This means a member of D.O.S who is not in a financial department Cannot with all honesty give accurate account of what is happening on financial department if you are not the head of D.O.S unless there is a special issues that need to be made public to the general members of D.O. S .

Likewise a D.O.S member who is not in a security department can not give accurate account of what is happening in security department because you are not in security department.

This is why no body knows it all no matter how highly placed you are in IPOB . And this is why Mazi Chika Edoziem knows 2 things and our leader knows all because his order is not debatable.

Mazi Chika Edoziem has power to pass any dicision, resolution jointly reached by the members of D.O.S into law and forward it to our leader Mazi Nnamdi Kanu for Approval which means a go ahead order or signing it into law . And it becomes a a direct order by our leader.

This is how flexible and also strict IPOB command and control works . A military kind of Democratic Government .
