When we do the Interior and Exterior Designs, the views will give you a broad idea or creativity of how the house will be like when it's finished and what it will cost.

Most Developers are not Creative.

Most Clients don't know what they want.

So it's our job to give them a Virtual Reality of how their homes will be.

Bottom line, if you want to build a house like this, do not do "try and error o" because you will cry bitter tears in the end.
