Having to drive into warri over the weekend with some of the bad road portions repaired made me thought somebody remembered us again as human beings deserving better living. In no time on sunday I was caught in a standstill traffic congestion. The major roads were blocked because President Jonathan was about leaving the church for the airport. I made a turn after about 30 mins of waiting at the same spot. So I thought to myself we can all have a jolly bumpy ride on the roads as long as Jonathan isn't coming to town. We can all be on standstill until the presidency whisks by. ....democracy indeed

Impex is at it again.
I'm just afraid this is not another 'Nigerian way ' thing. Impex have shown me lots, almost gave me high BP for my wedding stuff. On another transaction, my computer item was badly damaged, despite paying premium for such delicate item. My legal notice ended up in their trash can. They never responded to my lawyer and even claimed ignorance not minding the fact I was personally in their office to see all the big ogas. No result. Simply put, they have no respect of business, neither people
I am about starting something with all world. I can already sense someone runs the show at his/her pace. I don't expect much, but I think I will get some respects
Impex is dangerous, be warned. They charge more than they claim.

Ship with Impex, and be blessed with sleepless nights.
Delay is the least of my worry. These guys will mess you up.
They have damaged laptops in the past. As you will guess, no sympathy, no compensation...

rugiem: Do not Air Freight with this company. It will take forever for your package to get to its destination. They will tell you that your package will get to Nigeria in 5-7 days but it wont. I believe what they do is gather a lot of packages before they send them out. Therefore 5-7 days become 14-21 days or more. They do not understand that when packages are shipped by air they are time sensitive. And when they get to Lagos it will take more time to dispatch to the different state. Maybe they are actually shipping packages by sea instead of air. They cannot be trusted time wise. Do not believe anything they tell you about delivery time.

itcshipping: Right now companies are holding shipments in the US due to the agents strike. It's unsafe to have cargo sitting outside at the airport in Lagos. Impex is the worst company I have seen when it comes to customer services.
They mess up big time, delays, deceit etc. Their rates are so inconsistent. Honestly, they are unreliable, from personal experience
My friend is currently filing a suit with them. They broke his laptop; worst of all, they are completely incommunicado.
They don't respond to complaints.
They actually started well; nowadays, be ready for a serious crack down for every shipment you place through them

puppiluv: CAN;T USE IMPEX COS THEY MESSEDUP AND DELAYED  SOMETIMES AGO, THEY HELD MY PACKAGE FOR ABOUT 3 MONTHS BEFOR IT WAS SENT OUT, i think i need another company, lol pls another other company pls.
